We recently worked with Hummingbird to renovate our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier. Dennis and the construction team went to great lengths to ensure the rest of our house was well protected from construction wear and tear, and also that we could continue living in our home with as little disruption as possible during the renovation. These were our number one concerns going into the project and we were blown away by the care they took to accommodate us! Katie was so great to work with on the design side of things. She’s knowledgeable, talented, and such a kind person to top it off. Her design and the team’s execution exceeded what we ever thought we could do in our space. The entire team made the process so manageable, worthwhile, and even enjoyable. Highly recommend Hummingbird for any home reno project!

We had the best experience with Hummingbird Home Renovations for the conversion of our garage to a family room. I’ve always heard how stressful remodeling a home can be, but they made it very simple and painless. Dennis was always on top of everything and had amazing communication so we never felt like we didn’t know what was going on. Everyone he has working for him did a fantastic job and are all very nice and easy to work with. The final project turned out better than we ever imagined. You cannot tell that our new family room was once a garage and it is so beautiful. We have had several neighbors we had never met drop by to tell us how nice it looks and request the contact information for our contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend Hummingbird Home Renovations for any project you have planned. I know we will be going back to them anytime we need something done for our house!

I have done many renovation projects and Hummingbird Home Renovation was simply the best. I am not just saying that for the review but as a statement of fact. Professional, timely, expert craftmanship and on budget are the words I can use to describe my big renovation project. I especially love the super nice, talented, creative interior designer Megan for all the design choices and selections and to top it off, a cleaning service provided after the work is completed. The house was left super clean and looking AWESOME. I strongly recommend this company for any renovation project.

Our project was a conversion of a sunroom into a four season room and entailed replacing windows, door, flooring, electrical, exterior and interior framing and finish work. Dennis responded quickly when we requested a quote, made several site visits to go over the details prior to the work commencing. He had excellent suggestions to help us finalize the design. Once work commenced, Dennis and Michael worked steadily and always put in a full day, often into early evening, which is not always the case that we’ve had with other contractors. All facets of work were performed expertly, with great attention to detail, within the timeframe estimated at the outset. Dennis willingly adapted to any minor changes along the way without impacting pricing, which was very reasonable. Hummingbird was a great team to work with in all regards, and we recommend them highly for any project you may consider.

Hummingbird Home Reno updated our kitchen - new countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet - and I would happily use them again for another project. Dennis and Lorri were easy to communicate with, either via text or online portal, throughout the process and the work itself turned out great. As first-time homeowners, we felt like we were in good hands!

Dennis is amazing. He has renovated almost every single surface in our house over the last two years. Full kitchen , 3 bathrooms , new front door. He also rebuilt our entire staircase. He did wonders with my master closet remodel. He always has the best ideas and his attention to detail is insane. He always leaves a clean workspace. He does each job like he is doing it for his own family. We have recommended him to friends and family and they all have had the same experience. 10/10 I would recommend him for any project big or small.

Hummingbird remodeled our kitchen, study and guest bath. They did a fantastic job and we remain extremely pleased with their work. Dennis was personable and easy to work with - very responsive to any requests we made. The work was done on time, and they cleaned up everything at the end of every work day. Dennis is a dream to work with! He has built a covered patio, replaced our flooring, installed fans, installed a built-in trash can and so much more!
