Finding a Design/Build firm like Hy-Tec Construction that could deliver our 6500 square foot Camp Lodge project was like hitting the lottery. Stan Weiser, their Chief Architect brought his strong design and engineering skills to the project from the start. Mitch Feierabend, the overall Project Manager, was extremely professional, while being very accommodating and easy to work with. The attention to detail, timeline, and budget by Pat, the on-site Project Foreman was first rate. I had the sense from start to finish that everyone on the Hy-Tec team cared about my project as much as I did.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Stan Weiser of HYTEC Construction on a large project. Stan would identify and interact with the owners and the subcontractors to make sure their needs are being met in design and architecture. Not only did he make it right for operations, but also efficient for the installation. By doing this his project managers are able to keep the "TEAM" all pulling the same direction to complete projects on time, in budget, and "MASTERFULLY DONE".

Hy-Tec Construction is absolutely awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone needing new construction or remodeling services. They treated my project as if it was their own and delivered outstanding results at a reasonable price. I wanted to remodel a very special lake-shore home in Minnesota that my grandfather had built in the 1940's. My goal was to retain the original footprint, most of the original structure, and the home’s unique character, while making it significantly “better” in just about every way. It would be a relatively big project, and would be the first time I had ever worked with a construction company. I needed to find people who would help me both define and realize my vision for the home, who would deliver the best in quality design and construction at a fair price, who would advise me on intelligent ways to reduce costs as the project progressed, and who I could trust to have my back and to not take advantage of my inexperience. I could not be around to keep an eye on things, so it was also important for me to work with people I could trust to keep me informed of progress and problems, get things right when I wasn't around, find and effectively manage quality subcontractors and vendors, offer creative and cost effective solutions when unexpected problems were encountered, and conscientiously fix any mistakes. The people at Hy-Tec excelled in every way at all of this! Mitch Feierabend, the project manager, and Stan Weiser, the in-house architect, had the experience and expertise that were needed to solve challenging logistic and engineering problems that we encountered along the way, despite often difficult constraints. They patiently worked with me to create a much better home than I would have ever thought possible. Eric Svoboda, the project foreman, and his construction crew (including Jack DeRosier) and subcontractors went well beyond my expectations with the quality and craftsmanship of their work. And Brenda and Toni in the front office always made sure that my messages got through and that any concerns were being addressed. Best of all, I always had the sense that, in every respect, everyone on the Hy-Tec team cared about my project as much as I did.

We hired Hy-Tec Construction to design and carry out a remodel and addition to a house we purchased. The entire team at Hy-Tec is professional, talented, and easy to work with. Stan, the architect, Steve, the contractor & the entire staff and crew were easy to work with, trustworthy, and overall nice to be around. Stan & Steve are some of the most knowledgeable and talented people we have worked with, paying very close attention to details. They listened to our wants and ideas, and made them even better than we could have imagined. Stan was extremely detail oriented and repeatedly impressed us with his designs. The communication between the entire team and ourselves was seamless. Steve was always on site, ensuring that the crew was withholding their high standards. They were willing to go the extra mile, helping out and completing other projects as they presented themselves. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Hy-Tec and we love showing off their beautiful craftsmanship. We are excited to continue working with Hy-Tec on other projects.

Hy-Tec Construction is an extremely professional organization surrounded with tremendous people that are knowledgeable and caring. From design process to finish our experience was everything we had hoped for. We started with a vague idea on what we wanted, we then met with their design staff who brought our vision to life. Their Job foreman and crew communicated very well through the entire process and gave helpful recommendations along the way. I have/would recommend then to anyone no matter the size of their project.

They did a great job for us. HyTec was very easy to work with, friendly, courteous. As the general contractor they worked well with many subs and made sure the project was on time and managed the budget well. They were flexible with changes as the project progressed and reacted well to change requests. They kept the job site clean and did very good work. We are very satisfied with our new home, sheds, arena and barn. Overall we would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Stan and Hy Tec was one of the best experiences I have had as an interior designer in 29 years! Their team communicated very well and their focus was on the customer through the entire project. As the clients' independent interior designer, I felt respected rather than feeling that I was on the outside looking in, I felt that I was a part of a the Hy Tec team. I was very impressed with Stan's architectural knowledge and problem solving skills - definitely has a creative edge and a good vision.
