Chris and his team built my wife and I an incredible custom home. Everyone on his team was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job. Building a custom home can be very stressful, Chris was there every step of the way and took care of all our concerns and the issues that arise during construction. Chris was very patient during the design process, as my wife and I reviewed his drawings and made changes. The result is a house that we love. Thanks Chris, Valerie and all the rest of the team.

Initial measurements taken on December 20th. Checked on progress of drawings several times after 2 weeks had passed. Finally was told on January 15th design drawings would be complete that day. January 16th - 24th I requested updates on 6 different occasions with no reply until January 24th. Was told again I would have design drawings by end of the day. Drawings were not sent and no follow up to say why. January 25th and still no reply to follow up emails or calls. It has now been over 1 month since measurements were taken and still no basic design drawings delivered that should take no more than 1-2 weeks.

Chris is the best, and the whole team is excellent. Cannot recommend IDCI enough. We wouldnt be able to build our custom dream home without them!

Chris is down to earth and has a fantastic demeanor for doing business. He is currently helping us with the design and build of our new construction! He's been more than helpful (he walks you through the entire process step-by-step from start to finish) and really goes above and beyond for his clients. He works with an awesome team that are equally helpful. We are happy to have found him and would highly recommend him for any job.

Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective.
