About Us

Inside Out exists to maximize the living space of the home and create continuity between the indoors and outdoors. To that end, we design, build and maintain interior spaces that extend seamlessly into exterior space, the result of which is a feeling of being connected to nature and the outdoors, even in an urban environment. We achieve this goal by well thought-out, contemporary design, expertly managed and executed installations that are guided by responsible building practices, and a proactive maintenance program. Clear communication ensures that the end product is everything you dreamed of and that working with us is easy. As a company, we ensure that we are at the forefront of best building practices and technologies. All staff attends safety, skill-improvement and management trainings. We also implement the latest project management, maintenance management, and project-flow technology to make sure we are organized, efficient, and communicating clearly in a timely manner.

We had David and his team complete renovate our backyard. Our project included significant removal of existing material, construction of over 1,000 sq ft. of decking, construction and painting of fencing, construction of various retaining walls and railings, construction of planters, construction of a custom BBQ island with concrete countertop, installation of pavers and artificial turf and sign, installation of drip irrigation system, planting of about 3 dozens plants, and installation of lighting. We were extremely happy with both David and his team and how our backyard turned out. David was full of great ideas for enhancing the look of the yard and he was very easy to reach and work with. His team showed up early, worked very hard and cleaned up before they left each day. My father in law (who is hard to impress) would always comment on how well David's team accomplished each day. If anyone is considering an outdoor project I highly recommend Inside Out. And when in doubt I would go with David's idea because it will definitely turn out great.

I have had Inside Out do landscaping for me three times now. David has a very good design sense, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Commented: what kind of wood was used for this fence. Please be specific.This is Redwood Con Hrt (Construction Heart). It's quality Redwood with some "knots." Redwood Clear Heart is quality with no knots but it's about 3-4x the price.
