Iron & Oak did a complete renovation of my lakeside deck and access. They are consummate professionals and follow regulations at every step. Thanks to their expertise, they determined that there was no retaining wall or footings for the existing deck. Also. that the stairs to access the lake did not end on my property! The Iron & Oak team rerouted the stairs and built a beautiful deck complex, enhancing both safety and value. My neighbors commented on the professionalism of the team throughout the project...and I was not in the state while they were working! Even after completing the project, the team went above and beyond, offering to move my fixed dock structure and work with a partner to build custom dock access stairs. Finally, they recommended a landscape team to build the required retaining wall. The Iron & Oak team understand the importance of excellent communication and customer service. I am grateful to them and they are my go to for any future home projects!

We are extremely happy with our deck and gazebo project completed by Iron & Oak. It all started with some quick quotes of some different options we were considering. (There were other companies I reached out to that ghosted us completely) I appreciated their fast response times to all my questions and concerns. We ran into one issue with the painting price changing after initial quote, and they came to a fair solution for us. They ensured we were 100% happy with the quality of the finished project. Our new deck and gazebo are exactly what we wanted and within the expected budget! We couldn't be happier. We will be using Iron & Oak for more projects in the future!

Iron & Oak was a great partner in providing the level of service, quality of workmanship, and overall care that I expect when doing this level of a project. I had a complicated, large pergola that required engineering, city approvals and an aesthetic mirroring the overall design of a historic house. I reviewed and talked to over a dozen different companies regarding my project. I knew almost immediately that Jake (Iron & Oak) was a top contender. Once we scoped my project, they came back with the right questions and a quote for the project, I was sold. They followed through with getting the work done to the degree I wanted, partnered with my architect and created a final product that looks like it was part of the original home from the start. I didn’t have surprises, I had the quality I wanted and thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire team. Quality + Service are A number one.

Iron and Oak built a deck for us and did a great job from beginning to end. Communication, timing and responsiveness were much better than others during the estimate process and through the project. The quality of work was great. The price was a little higher than a couple others but this made sense when nothing changed from estimate and the final product was good. Also good with clean up and everything else on site during job. Have recommended to a friend already and would again.
