We just moved in our new custom home built by Jason Barwick Construction in "Lansdowne" Charlotte, NC and we would like share our experience with you. It started when we purchased a lot a few years ago and began interviewing builders. During that period Jason build house for one of my client who also recommend to call and interview him. Later on I find more people who know Jason and said good things to me about him, from Peter Leeke "Kingswoodhomes" and Lynn Dayton who used to work with Jason at "Simonini" homes years ago. And I have known these people for long time. When my friends said that to us, it was no question that Jason will be the one. Jason attend to every meeting helping us to make the right decision, quickly respond on email and phone calls if we have question or concern about something. His was on the top on everything, make sure everybody do the best job for his client, follow up with contractors and his project manager Chris Inglehart. Jason made all process smooth and easy for us and with no stress. If in the future we plan to renovate or build a new home, we will call Jason. He help us and he can help you !!! Jason Barwick is an unbelievable home construction professional. He promised and delivered below cost on my black floors that were ruined by an ice maker leak. He had a crew in immediately to remove the furniture and seal off the rooms where the sanding and refinishing were taking place. Jason always picked up my phone calls and kept me updated on the entire project. I will use him again in a heart beat and would certainly highly recommend him for any type of home construction or renovation.

Jason and his entire team contributed to an excellent remodel on our 1940's home. All of the usual surprises popped up but with honesty and good communication issues were resolved to our satisfaction. This was the 3rd major remodel we've done and hopefully it's our last, but we would absolutely use Barwick Constructiion a second time.

We met Jason when he was working for Simonini Builders. We so much respected his work that when we decided to build a new home, we hired him. Usually when you are done with a builder--you are done with the builder. NOT in this case. Jason did a suburb job during the entire project. He had excellent ideas for the house. All of his sub-contractors were very professional, pleasant to talk with and talented. In the year it took to build, we did not meet one person that we could not recommend--we would use them all again. Jason was very professional and personable to work with. Building is a tense situation, but in the year, not one time did he show any exasperation with us. It was always, "Yes, we can do that." We have lived in the home about 2 years now and he is still willing to check on things and help us. He is easy to contact and gets back to you promptly. There is nothing I would change about the house. And I would recommend him to anyone.

Jason Barwick is an honest and trusted builder. He enjoys what he does and it shows in his approach to his work and that of his sub-contractors. He professionalism and attention to detail set him apart. Will continue to highly recommend both he and his company.
