We had the pleasure of working with JB Architecture Group led by Jon, with Dave as the architect, and Ron and Sheila as our primary points of contact during the construction of our new home. Their expertise and dedication made this entire process a remarkable experience. Dave's innovative design ideas brought our vision to life, resulting in a stunning and functional home that exceeded our expectations. Ron and Sheila were the dedicated team members we interacted with the most during the construction of our new house. Ron and Sheila's attention to detail at the job site was truly remarkable. They ensured that every aspect of the construction was executed with precision and care. Moreover, they maintained the job site in an immaculate condition throughout the project, which not only impressed us but also contributed to a smooth and organized building process. As the project came to an end, we found ourselves in a bittersweet moment. We were thrilled with our new home, a testament to the firm's design and construction expertise, but we were also sad that the journey was over. Jon, Dave, Ron, and Sheila had become more than just professionals we hired; they had become lifelong friends. Working with this architecture firm was not just a business transaction; it was a collaborative and enjoyable experience. We just celebrated our first Christmas in our beautiful new home this year and are overjoyed with what JB was able to create. The entire team from start to finish were professional, adjustable with requested changes to design, and enthusiastic about our project. We look forward to working with them again for more projects in the future!

What can I say about Jon and the team at JB other than outstanding. As a first time home owner and someone who has never been through a renovation, I was very nervous going into the whole process. They listened to my ideas, saw my vision, we used Houzz for the inspiration images and they made it all come to life. Communication was fast and simple, when issues popped up they were resolved professionally and efficiently, I truly cannot thank them enough. We took a 90's yellow, floral home to a modern, industrial loft in the suburbs I am so proud to have friends and family visit. Thank you Sheila, Ron, Jon, and team!

We have nothing but the highest praise for JB Architecture. We had a house fire Dec.15 2018. Jon honestly wanted to help us despite the hassle of insurance. He proved to be dependable, very helpful and full of great ideas 0n how to redesign our home. We are still amazed and the quality of workmanship and the amazing open layout we have now. Our kitchen is off the charts beautiful. We always had help when we needed it. you can not go wrong in choosing JB Architecture.

From the start to the finish of our 1976 ranch home renovation, we were extremely pleased with the quality of time, effort, ideas and construction we received from JB Architecture Group. We began with meetings so they could bring our home vision to reality and they made it even better with their ideas. We worked with several great people in the group who made you feel comfortable and like family. They contracted with quality craftsmen and product manufacturers for our home and they were great to work with too. This was no small project, and the JB people were consistently there overseeing the job site. We received a schedule of what would need to be done or ordered by a certain date and it was pretty much right on. We were kept informed of what was happening during the entire renovation. Of course with Covid happening, there were some delays, but it all worked out in the end. Customer service is just as important as quality construction service and we would recommend JB Architecture Group anytime, anywhere on both counts. We are happy in our "new" home and it became possible because of this special group of people.

When we were looking to build our dream home, we did a lot of research on many architects and when we met JB Architecture, we knew right away they were right for the job. Jon was very friendly and very professional and quickly understood exactly what we wanted. His entire team is very passionate on what they do and truly make you feel that they treat each project as if it were their own. Their vision and expertise helped us create the perfect home for our lifestyle. We were amazed with their attention to detail and creativity. Right when we thought we knew what we loved, they kept surprising us with a better option. Even after the plans were finished, they were very accommodating in providing us with any minor change requests that we had. All-in-all, we had a very pleasant experience with JB Architecture and will definitely use them again in the future and we highly recommend them to anyone building a home. "We can do that...." , to quote Jon Biertz of JB Architecture, meant that he and his team had the vision, expertise and brilliant solutions to design our dream home. No challenge was too great for this experienced team. As our home is now nearing the completion of the framing/roofing process, it is obvious that it will be distinctively beautiful as well as functional. From the beginning, John and Dave listened to us intently and took notes as we expressed what we needed to fit our lifestyle. They were very professional in guiding us (our first building endeavor) into making the right choices that fit our needs. They would punctually come back to us with revised plans that evolved into our home. We trusted their expertise every step of the way and were glad we did. Jon and Dave were receptive to our numerous changes and always seemed to enjoy their work and dive into the challenges of this 5000+ sq. foot home. Every time we came away from the meetings, we became more and more confident of our decisions, thanks to their professionalism , guidance and friendliness. Also, Jon and Dave were helpful with recommending products and services, such as surveyors, windows and other housing details. Our builder was immediately impressed with the details in the plan and was able to carry out all aspects that were required. His subcontractors are continually amazed with the intricate details of the roof lines, ceilings and flow of spaces. They like to remind us that we have "some house here" ....they don't fall asleep with this one", and feel fortunate to be a part of building something this cool. We are in the process of designing our future residence with JB Architecture. They have been very receptive to the ideas that we have brought to project while incorporating their vision and expertise. We are impressed with the due diligence on the part of the firm in dealing with local codes and fully utilizing the attributes of our lot. As the design portion nears completion, we look forward to the end product.
