Love my bathroom remodel! JDI construction did a great job, Eric was my project manager and was excellent at providing updates throughout.

We had to redo our guest bathroom after the last dyi owners had made some unfortunate mistakes. After completing a floor project with JDI, I asked for help. They definitely came through, not only fixing some of the issues but improving on the backsplash, the tub, the fixtures and the toilet! Add in new flooring, new lights and fresh paint and it’s like walking into a spa space. The craftsmen were also impressive. Very conscientious,always on time and committed to producing quality work. The communication with the project coordinator was also excellent. We always knew what was happening and when. If we had issues with time or availability it was addressed immediately and accommodated. The results reflect the commitment of this company to provide personalized service to their clients.

JDI has remodeled both our kitchen and laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Last summer they took our dated, unattractive kitchen and totally transformed it. It now looks like a photo spread from a high-end magazine. This spring they renovated our laundry room, turning it into an elegant yet functional space. Both projects came in on time and not a penny over budget. Over the years my husband and I have done a number of remodeling projects. We will never use anyone else!

Absolutely incredible company. Joel is so kind and so is anyone that works with him that we’ve encountered. They were so helpful, did incredible work and came last minute to help us with something for my son’s birthday. They even worked in the rain to make sure it was finished in time. Not only did they do an efficient and wonderful job, but they built something that left my son with a birthday memory he will never forget his entire life. I will always go to JDI.

I chose JDI because they were the only contractor who showed up on time when I was getting estimates. Every other company who gave me a bid was late or didn't show at all. Now that we are on the other side of our whole house remodel I can say that I made the correct choice! JDI was responsive, timely, and easy to work with. What began as a 3,860 sq ft home is now over 5,000 sq ft of thoughtfully designed, fully customized space—including a gym, sauna, guest/art studio, and a beautiful new scullery. There are also the bigger questions that people have like, how much does it cost, what about permits, etc. Those were my biggest questions when we started this. We passed inspection on all of our permits and we had no issues whatsoever. We had to remove two large trees to build the scullery and that process is fine. If you remove trees you simply plant new ones at the end of the project. We are planting two magnolias this week, super easy process. The other big questions people often have is where do I put my stuff? We used PODS and that worked amazing. Regarding budget: The pricing for everything is within your budget. My biggest recommendation is regarding your millwork package. It's great to pick that on time because that is important and takes time to get delivered. The other item that it's great to order is any kind of specialty doors. If you want a quick remodel select in stock items and you will have a fast project. The homeowners design choices really are what dictates that because Art and the team are fast and exceptional. There isn’t anything this team can’t do—and they do it all with integrity, intention, and talent. Thank you, Art, Eric, and every craftsman who touched this home. You didn’t just renovate our house you made our entire home full of love, joy and function.

JDI did a total bathroom remodel and replaced the fireplace and the tile surrounding it for us. I designed the projects and am thrilled with the finished work. JDI helped guide me through the project and offered great advice when needed. The crew was professional, talented and very pleasant to work with. Once the project started, it continued daily without delay until it was finished. Alex was great at communicating updates on a daily basis, which was much appreciated. My experience with JDI was stellar! All of the workmen were very skilled and polite; anything short of perfection was not allowed. Alex was always considerate, always available for questions and surveyed the job daily. Violet, was always available as well and brought me samples of tile and answered questions as well. The final project, a new kitchen, is beautiful and looks like something out of Pinterest or a magazine. The price was reasonable, the job was done in a few weeks and I couldn't be happier! My son who is an architect said that finding a company like JDI was almost unheard of today and that I was very lucky to find them. lI couldn't agree more.

I intentionally waited over six months to write this review in order to ensure I was happy with the work JDI Construction did. When we decided to remodel our bathroom/closet, it was very difficult to find a contractor and Art almost came across as too good to be true. Now that six months have passed since the project was complete, and we have not had ANY problems, I can honestly say Art and his team are worth trusting. Beyond that, the work the JDI team did was phenomenonal. My bathroom/closet is now my favorite room in the house and I actually spend hours lavishing in the luxury of our remodel. I feel transported to a different place. What makes it so special, beyond the quality craftsmanship and exquisite design, is the time and attention to detail that was accomplished through many conversations with JDI's team. I felt listened to, included and believe the product delivered was exactly the product I imagined. I met most of the team working on our remodel and really enjoyed speaking to them and working with them. I will be honest - there were a few small bumps in the road with communication and timing, but at the end of the day, JDI's design, craftmanship and ability to surpass our expectations was met 100%. I worked with JDI to remodel my guest bathroom - it was a total replacement. They were very flexible and worked quickly to stay on schedule as much as possible to get it done. Their workmanship was second to none. They are an all in one company where they can do and install everything - shower doors, cabinetry, tile, plumbing etc. If I had a question or concern, they worked quickly to resolve it. They also stayed on budget which I really appreciated. I recommend JDI Construction highly as an easy to work with, reasonable, family run company.

JDI did a great job on our kitchen. Having renovated 4 homes in 4 decades, we are not new to the process. Our design plans required taking our dated kitchen down to the studs, changing the awkward footprint, building custom cabinetry and installing new appliances. We got 3 contractor bids, all of which were within our budget. But JDI had a plan to finish the job in 2 months, while the others required 3-4 months to complete. Their schedule was aggressive but seemed doable. Their project manager, Eric, was very buttoned up and a good communicator. His crews were on time and, when necessary, worked on weekends to stay on schedule. They are true craftsmen and our kitchen is beautiful. I'm so glad we choose them.

I highly recommend JDI construction. I am hesitant with all contractors due to a previously bad experience. Art understood my concerns, and from the start he made sure that I was always well informed as the remodel progressed and did not surprise we with any surprise charges. He had great solutions to many issues that come up in a remodel. He is very experienced and easy to work with. Alex made sure every detail was addressed and looked after our home during the entire process, making sure that nothing was overlooked and was finished to our expectations. We smile every time we enter our new kitchen and bathrooms. We are very happy.

Art, Erick, and the JDI team recently did a great job renovating our Kitchen and master bath. The finished product came out beautiful. We had a few hiccups as I’m sure any project like this does but in the end Erick and Art addressed any issues promptly . This project finished not only on time, but within budget which is a huge deal in the world of renovations. JDI is efficient in their work and communicates very well. We had a group text going between myself, my wife, and Erick which made communication a breeze through the entire project. My wife and I did this whole update without a designer. Erik helped us with some of the design decisions and was very helpful bringing some of our design ideas to life. In the end we are very happy we chose JDI for this project and would happily use them again in the future.

Eric, Art, & team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They did an entire kitchen remodel for us that involved tearing down a wall and we are so happy with the result. If we would have known how great they were to work with, we would have tackled this project years sooner. Our go to guys for any future projects!

JDI Construction recently completed a design-remodel of my townhome at The Village at Columbia Shores. They updated the kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops, and they remodeled two and a half bathrooms with new vanities, granite countertops, mirrors, lighting, porcelain floor-and-shower tiles, and a classic bathtub in the master bathroom. They even painted the entire townhome and gave it a deep cleaning. Art and Alex did a great job. Art gave good suggestions and helped pick out materials and appliances that fit my budget. Alex supervised the work and made sure everything was completed on time. The place looks beautiful. They were not the cheapest bid, but they did very high quality work and have a top notch team.

JDI Construction just finished our house remodel, it was a huge project as it was a total house remodel, JDI came in on budget, not a single detail was missed. The project took approx 3 months, the results , Stunning. The custom cabinets, granite, (JDI even put granite on the window sills) lighting in kitchen gives a warm welcome place to gather, the baths transformed into luxurious spas (all also updated to ADA compliant) , the laundry room now a lovely workspace, the living room/great room is a beautiful space with custom stone fireplace with maple slab mantle (Vald did outstanding job on the finish/fit), the entire house is truely our dream home. Our thanks to all craftsman, Art, Vlad, Alex, Bogdon, Eugene, David, Max and Violet, (sorry if I missed anyone). The entire job was seamless, communication excellent, there was never a hassle or any issues that you hear of so many times. JDI Construction knocked it out of the park. We love these guys. Prior to the pandemic we had geared up to do a large kitchen remodel. Finally, after 3 years we took the plunge. We came to the process with a design in hand, but JDI was the only contractor we meet with that seemed dialed in to current trends, listened carefully to what we were envisioning and included all the details in his bid. From start to finish Art and his crew were awesome. Excellent daily communication regarding each phase of the project, and all the subs were efficient, professional and took pride in their work. I knew from our first meeting Art was the type of person that would make sure all the details were just right. I would say 95 percent of the time we were on schedule or ahead of schedule! Our project was fairly extensive (wall removal, large picture window (additional engineering), extensive cabinetry and built ins, new modern smooth ceilings and bar tile work. We didn't go without any "hiccups" but they were always resolved as quickly as possible, and with great care to make sure things were completed to our satisfaction. Thank you for making our dream a reality. We love our new Modern Maple kitchen and are looking forward to future projects with Art & his crew!

Remodel of two upstairs bathrooms in 40 year old home. It took a bit longer than estimated because some of the tile was on backorder. But Isabella quickly found one that was very similar and readily available. During the design process Isabella was responsive to my input, and came up with a variety of layouts and material choices to fit within budget. Once started, someone worked at the house almost every day, all day at the time I was notified of the day before. The work by subcontractors was done extremely efficiently, professionally and clean. From demolition to plumbing to the glass for shower doors. Bogdan, the electrician, had his work completed, inspected and approved the same day, Andrei did an absolut beautiful job on the tile in the showers and floors. Everyone was very kind, friendly and worked so well together. Eric stayed on top of everything, always communicated promptly and left the place spotless. The transformation of the master bathroom was stunning, thank you to all of you for making this possible!

JDI Construction just completed our kitchen and living room design and remodel, including floor refinishing. The end results are stunning. In January of 2023, after meeting with many other contractors, I met with Arthur from JDI Construction about a bid to remodel our two bathrooms. Arthur was personable and I was impressed with his knowledge. He spent time listening to ideas for the remodel and provided a very competitive bid, so we hired them. The process began with a meeting with our designer, Isabella. She was very talented and easy to work with. She listened to our ideas, made great suggestions and developed a vision for our bathrooms that was thoughtful, functional and beautiful. Once the designs were complete, Eric, our project manager, let us know what to expect and the project began. Eric and I communicated regularly and JDI did a great job following the timelines, project specs and whenever a hiccup occurred during the remodel of our 57 year old house, JDI resolved the issue quickly and fairly. This is not our first remodel project, so we knew that there would be issues that come up here and there. One thing we were not expecting was the outstanding response we had from our on-site manager Vlad. He is an amazing craftsman. He solved issues with creativity and skill. All of the subcontractors including electricians, plumbers and others were courteous and efficient. Overall, the projects came in on time, on budget and the bathrooms were more beautiful than we had imagined. If I owned a construction company, I would be proud to have Arthur, Isabella, Eric and Vlad on my team. The whole experience was great and I will hire JDI Construction in the future whenever we have a need. I highly recommend JDI Construction.

Our house was in need of a kitchen remodel that involved completely changing the layout of our kitchen, so my wife and I extensively researched the best construction/remodel companies around. We met with Art, one of the owners from JDI Construction, and were able to discuss the vision for our kitchen plans, budgetary needs and JDI's process with design and construction, and knew they were a perfect fit. JDI's designer, Denise, helped us outline the scope of work and crafted some kitchen layouts that perfectly fit our needs. Denise was incredibly knowledgeable and designed a kitchen that not only opened up more space for us, but also afforded us more cabinet storage and usable countertop space. Once the designs from Denise were locked in, our project manager, Eric, coordinated each step of the way through the remodel and was so communicative throughout the process so we understood what the crew was working on each day and when they would arrive at our house. I've never heard of a remodel that completed on time or on budget, but JDI managed to pull it off! We are extremely impressed with the end results and will be recommending JDI to anyone looking for any home remodeling or construction in the future.

JDI did a great job on our home renovations and garage remodel in Vancouver WA. Art offered us a competitive price and he, Eric, and Paul were honest and accommodating when it came to negotiating scope and options whenever complications came up. Their contractors were courteous and did quality work and both phases of our project (home and remodel) were ultimately completed on budget and came out looking great! Primary means of communication with JDI was via text. The home renovations (re-finished hardwood floors, new paint and trim, removal of old cabinets and more) were completed impressively fast and looked great. We did have some delays in communication on the second phase of the project but in the end JDI always followed through on their commitments and made sure we were happy with the result. I'm happy we chose JDI, would hire them again, and definitely recommend.

Art and his crew did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. Instead of having a bathroom totally open to the bedroom with no doors, with very dated materials and fixtures , it has been replaced with a private luxurious spa. We look forwards to using it everyday. Totally handicap accessible while looking beautiful bright and shiny. The craftsmen that did the job were very efficient and knowledgeable. Kept the house clean removing destruction material promptly.

Art and his crew delivered exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a bathroom addition in our upstairs and we got that and so much more. After speaking to several contractors we landed with Art and JDI due to their craftsmanship, professionalism, and willingness to work with our vision. We did a complete home remodel using JDI construction. Remodel included all new LVP floors with baseboards throughout, all new interior doors including trim, window trim, complete guest bathroom with custom built vanity and cabinet heated tile floors, complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets new countertop tiled backsplash vent hood lighting and custom built-in bar area with cabinets, added living room can lights, new ceiling fans in every room, add a few electrical outlets, complete master bathroom with new tile heated flooring walk in shower with custom glass door vanity and storage cabinet. Key points: ON BUDGET! (Not the cheapest, but they stick to there quote) In any extensive remodel things always come up. Art and his team have great customer service! If anything needs to be fixed or changed Art immediately had somebody on it, no questions asked and made sure we were satisfied. There were some delays due to supply issues from dealers but Art ensured our project was complete and done to our standards as quickly as possible. He made some suggestions for additional work. Some we accepted. If we said no there was no hassling. The tile guy he used did some of the best work I've seen. His electrician went above and updated outdated wiring to our ceiling fans. Overall we love our remodel!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and met with three contractors before starting the process. During the bid process, Art from JDI was the most engaged and responsive. The bid, timeline, and Art's responsiveness ultimately led to us selecting JDI. Once we signed the contract, Art did an excellent job walking us through the timeline and what we should expect during the process. In our kick-off meeting, Art brought in a project manager to lead our project and was still in regular contact with us throughout the work. Our project manager was responsive, with most communication occurring via text. We also had a few in-person check-ins throughout. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the JDI team was good about responding and addressing those. Our project involved removing a wall to expand our kitchen, new floors, new cabinets, and new interior doors and trim. To be expected, there were a few hiccups here and there, but everything was resolved and taken care of promptly. We have heard stories of friends waiting months for issues to be resolved with other contractors. JDI is not one of those. They took care of everything quickly. We're so pleased with the final result. In fact more than pleased; thrilled! Every day in our new kitchen has been a joy, and we're very happy we selected JDI to do the work. We will definitely hire them for future projects and highly recommend them!

JDI Construction did a full remodal on our master bath, the work was outstanding, tile, glass doors, counter tops, flooring, paint. All was first class. The work was done approximately 1.5 yrs ago, the bath is so easy to care for, looks exactly like day they finished. ( we had JDI do smaller makeovers on other 2 baths, both are just as nice) looking forward to full remodal on next home as we are going to downsize in the very near future, you can't go wrong with JDI, the entire crew, from beginning to end were the best, looking forward to our next project, Gene & Becki Hatcher

JDI Construction did a fabulous job with completely remodeling our master bathroom! Art and his crew of professional craftsmen did everything from top to bottom...vinyl flooring, beautifully tiled shower (plus niches and seat) surrounding glass, brand new cabinets, plus a tall storage cabinet, quartz counter with sinks and backsplash, all new hardware, two lovely framed mirrors, new vanity lights, and the list goes on!
