Jenkins Design Build is an Austin-based custom home builder and design-build firm specializing in $3M–$20M luxury residences across Westlake, West Lake Hills, Lake Travis, the Hill Country, and the surrounding Austin area. The studio has built homes in this region for more than 25 years, originally as Jenkins Custom Homes. We are an all-in-one design-build practice. Architecture, interior design, landscape and pool design, and construction live under one roof, which means you work with one team from the first sketch to the day you move in. That structure is particularly useful for second-home buyers, families building remotely, and time-constrained owners who do not have the bandwidth to coordinate four or five vendors themselves. Most of our work is concentrated on lakefront, waterfront, and golf-course properties where view corridors, lot grading, and indoor-outdoor flow drive the architecture. Pools, water features, outdoor kitchens, and covered outdoor rooms are designed and built alongside the home rather than added later, so the indoor and outdoor spaces actually feel like one continuous home.
