John did a fabulous job on a large renovation of a 1960's era villa on a golf course, near the beach in Sea Pines. The best thing about working with John is that he is a wonderful designer and works with an excellent group of subs. John's primary business is new builds, so on our much smaller project he was able to use subs working on his much larger projects. His design skills are exceptional. We had many challenges related to the age of our unit. The kitchen was tiny, dark, and closed in. The bathrooms were even smaller and darker. And, removing walls would have cost more than we had budgeted for the entire project. But, John, with a few clever and very user-friendly tricks was able to expand the kitchen and make it feel much more open. The bathrooms could not be expanded, but with appropriate finishes and a fun barn door, they look much larger and meet our needs. We had just sold a 4,000 square foot home in Sea Pines and wanted to include all the art, collected over many years of travel in our 1,100 square foot villa. John helped us accomplish this by winterizing a 200 square foot sun porch and making it part of our living space. He also created art walls and lighting in the living room, dining area, and new "garden room." The final results are bright, fun, and live large. Downsizing can be fun and rewarding with the right designer and contractor.

John Moleski, Did a massive back yard, and exterior renovation for me in the winter and spring of 2014-2015. He did a great job with the design and the quality of work was terrific, on time and on budget. I would select him again as his integrity and attention to every detail was the best.
