John Colaianni has been working in residential construction for more than 15 years, and joined Nuss Construction Company in 2014. We used Nuss for our kitchen remodeling. John was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and accessible. My husband and I did not take this financial and time commitment lightly, and neither did John. He also helped us stay within our budget. The job was finished when they said it would be, and we are so happy with the result. We would absolutely work with John again, and actually we have! We just had our roof replaced, coordinated with John's help.

Making the decision to replace a roof is a significant financial investment. From the time the contract was drawn up to the actual completion of the job, John was there and available to answer all of my questions every step of the way. John is very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, he is very detail oriented. I was out of the country when the roof was actually replaced. Upon my return he provided me pictures of the installation. He followed up with me regarding my satisfaction with the job. The job was completed on time and within budget. I would definitely use John and Nuss Construction when considering future remodeling needs.

Having never remodeled a kitchen, I often asked for John’s thoughts, opinions, and suggestions which I found to be very helpful. Everything came together beautifully, works well, and it looks amazing!
