I highly recommend Johnson Home Design, Kevin is an expert in his field. As an owner-builder Kevin was an excellent resource and wonderful to work with. He created, then customized a beautiful house plan for us. I have so much gratitude for the time and care that Kevin puts into his projects.

Kevin was an easy designer to work with. He took our ideas and worked them into a distinctively West Coast Style house in which we are very happy. What helped us a great deal, as we lived on the mainland at the time, was Kevin's knowledge of, and ability to navigate through, the bureaucracy of both Parksville and the Regional District of Nanaimo. This saved us a great deal of time and frustration which reduced the build time of the house. We found the quality of his work to well worth the cost.

We were referred to Kevin from our friend and would certainly recommend him to our other friends. Kevin was excellent to deal with and was always very prompt from our first time meeting him to the many meetings that folllowed while designing our custom home. We really felt that Kevin was very easy to work with and truly listened to what we were wanting. With being our first house build we had lots of questions for Kevin when designing our home and always found him very professional, courteous, and extremely patient. On designing our home, we went to Kevin and he was able to put our vision of exactly what we wanted in to the design. If your building a home you must go to Johnsons home design and talk it over with Kevin before you go anywhere else ! As a builder in his past he knows all aspects of proper building and has a great ability to visually put it all together for you !

Mr. Johnson provided me with a set of custom house plans which he drew up for me.He seened very knowledgable and has the experience in his line of work.He was very fast and met deadlines ahead of time which was very helpful

Johnson took our rough plans for a new house and did some excellent changes to make optimum use of the space we had to work with. He listened to what our vision of the house (overlooking the ocean) was and we are very happy with the results. He is very knowledgeable of building codes which helped when the plans were submitted to the RDM for approval. The house, will become our home, in the near future and we are really looking fwd. to being there with excellent view, provided by (window placement and sizes). Thanks Kevin and anyone is looking for a custom home design, I would definitely recommend this company.
