Jonathon built our custom home in 2012 and we moved in after a much faster than expected 12 months construction time. After our house burned down we were in a hurry to get into a new home with our 2 kids. We noticed one of Jonathon's other projects near our temporary rent house and after seeing his work there and on other Memorial homes hired him right away. He jumped in immediately, assisted us through the design and costing, demolished our old home, dealt with the architect and Village officials, and started the project faster than we thought possible. Throughout the process Jonathon and his subs and suppliers expedited their work and were responsive to all our questions and changes, including the installation of an extensive stone exterior unlike anything they had ever seen, much less done. The incorporation of antiques and other personal items of ours in the interior construction made the home very special. Even though we have backgrounds in construction and interior design and so are very familiar with the process, without our constant assistance Jonathon and his team kept tight control of the project, stayed with the original budget, and completed the project several months early in the incredible (given the size, finishes, and features) time of 7 months. The result was a terrific-looking, high-quality, unique custom home which has been visited and admired by hundreds of local friends and visitors and as proof, around 10 of these friends and neighbors subsequently hired Jonathon to build their large new custom homes over the next few years.

We worked with Jonathon Casada when we built our new home. Having interviewed other builders, we found Jonathon to be professional, extremely qualified, transparent in all his dealings with us, and knowledgeable and effective in dealing with government departments and their requirements. All subcontractors were dependable and and materials were of the best quality. Jonathon was at the site daily to oversee the progress of the construction and to chat with neighbors to insure that they were not in any way inconvenienced during the project. Our home is not only beautifully constructed, but safe and up to date. The support provided in the selection of materials for inside the home was invaluable. The experience of building a home can be a very difficult one. However, working with Jonathon Casada Custom Estate Homes resulted in a very positive experience and one where we knew our builder was on top of everything and was available whenever we needed to speak with him.

Building our home in Piney Point with Jonathon Casada was a wonderful experience. We have never met a professional who was more customer oriented than Jonathon. We are in the middle of remodeling and they have been great. Well organized, knowledgeable, keeping us well informed , on budget,and very clean work site. They are onsite supervising every day. So far the project has been a very pleasant experience.
