Kris and all of his workers and sub-contractors are top notch. Kris oversaw every step of the construction of our new home as though he was the one who was going to be living there! He made very constructive recommendations and always kept us informed, but more importantly he found the most cost effective, yet structurally sound solutions to some very difficult problems. His subcontractors are highly skilled and produce quality work. We bought a property with an existing foundation and other challenges and had already spent 5 years trying to work with an architect and other contractors attempting to build an affordable house. We were on the verge of giving up when Kris took over. One of the things I appreciated most during this very trying time was his very positive, "can do" attitude and the respect shown to us by all of the people who work for him. Today we have a beautifully detailed and creative home, built within the budget agreed to, and reasonably on-time give the weather the team had to work through. I would recommend Kris in a heartbeat to others!!

I hired K. Wolf Construction to build a custom home. Kris (Wolf) was very knowledgeable and was able to offer endless guidance through the home building process. Kris was also able to provide referrals to others – for example a real estate agent (his wife Dawn Wolf) to assist with the property purchase and a bank to consult with regarding financing. Kris was always very professional and he always responded to phone calls, text message, and/or emails with questions about the home building process. Kris was able to meet deadlines (that were required due to financing) and delivered an awesome home. Most importantly, I found to Kris to be a man of his word and honest. I would recommend K. Wolf Construction for anyone looking for a home improvement or home construction project.

I had a custom home designed by K. Wolf Construction a couple years ago. I liked that he worked with me to come up with a home design to meet my specific needs. I have a business attached to my home and I now have a separate entrance under my porch for the home office. Overall, I'm very pleased with the workmanship of the home. I was also able to come in and do some painting myself before bathroom fixtures were installed. This would not have been an option with most builders. However, a couple things to note: I continue to have plumbing issues throughout the home (I don't think he uses this plumber anymore) & I have a door to my office that "pops" all the time. It's loud and annoying and he was unable to resolve this issue. Also, the front door barely clears the banister, when open. Several people have smashed their knuckles against the banister, trying to catch the door from swinging back and hitting the wall. I think this was discovered after the framing of the home so I'm not sure there could have been anything done about it. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the home. It was completed in a timely fashion.

I hired K Wolf Construction to completely finish the living area in my basement and added a fourth bedroom. The total project took about 35 days and was completed without any issues. Kris Wolf (owner) was always on time, polite, honest, and always took the time to answer my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend K Wolf Construction.

K. Wolf Construction was a pleasure to work with and I recommend them to anyone who is interested in building a home. Kris took the time to understand our vision and make it happen. He was very clear in communications, always available when we had concerns or questions and provided excellent suggestions to enhance our original designs in cost effective ways. I've heard many people say building a home is stressful, but I disagree. Kris was a joy to work with, as well as his network of teams and contacts who had various roles throughout the project. Our home is everything I dreamed it would be and I cannot thank K. Wolf Construction enough!

Kris worked hand in hand with me during my whole house remodel. The quality was excellent and I felt well cared for during the process. My home was finished on schedule, despite a winter of massive snowfalls.
