My wife and I are currently doing a rebuild of our home in Ottawa under Nav's superb management. Nav has organized, supervised and managed every stage of our rebuild successfully thus far. He is knowledgeable about every stage of residential construction. He has worked with a large and varied number of contractors before whom he can enlist to get the job done. The contractors that he has used for our project are dependable and have done excellent work. Also, Nav is flexible when it comes to our contractor preferences, and he has worked well with the contractors that we have chosen that weren't suggested by him initially. Nav has been able to get competitive quotes for us for every stage of the rebuild, and often gets materials for us at builder prices. He is effective at negotiating prices down when we feel we are being charged too much by individual contractors. He has a keen eye for detail, and is quick to spot potential problems before they happen (e.g., finding discrepancies in window and door measurements between design drawings and manufacturer quotes prior to ordering windows and doors). He visits our construction site several times a week to monitor progress. Nav keeps us in the loop about every change on the site or to our upcoming plans on an almost daily basis. We have budget review meetings with Nav on a monthly basis. His budget is realistic, and has not changed much (with the exception of truly unexpected expenses) since the start of our project. We still have a ways to go before our dream home is finished being built, but we're confident that Nav can pull it off, and on budget.

Our journey of building a house is not a easy one. We are grateful to have Kairon Homes by our side. Nav is very good at handling “our troubles”. We want to use some contractors of our own choice. He made it happen. Thinking back, we are not sure using our own guys are the best ideas. He was the I charge of the quotes verifying, making sure we are getting competitive quotes. All the quotes are transparent. He also smoothies out tasks between contractors. He enjoys what he does. Tasks he need to handle would be like a huge headache for me, he takes them with ease, professional and competence.
