Karen Chien is a talented, conscientious interior designer who transformed our apartment from a patchwork of utilitarian pieces to a cohesive, warm home. But perhaps the best indicator of her commitment to her clients was when our baby boy came two months early. We'd hired Karen to design us a nursery, but since our baby came 8 weeks early, it wasn't ready! While our son spent time in the NICU and we commuted to the hospital every day, Karen zoomed in and finished the nursery in less than a week. Our son was and is just fine, and the day we brought him home was the best day of my life. I don't think I ever thanked Karen properly for her work in making that day so incredibly special. Thank you, Karen!
