As a Southern Living Custom Builder with an in-house design team, Kurk Homes can create a full set of plans from your vision, Southern Living Plans, our plans, or plans you’ve seen online - and plans are FREE when you build with us! Kurk Homes will strive to build your new home as quickly as possible, but we won’t cut corners or sacrifice quality. We include 2x6 exterior walls and everything is spaced 16" o.c. or better. Our meticulous inspection and Guardian Home certification process includes a 3-part foundation inspection, framing, mechanical and insulation inspections, energy star certifications as well as utilizing a T.R.E.C. code certified inspector for the final walk through.
