Basement Concrete cracked 1st week it was poured, entire foundation out of level, windows do not meet Code, steps do not meet Code, plumbing leaks, framing is sub-par, new roof not sealed against rodents and insects...the list goes on. Builder did not build according to his Plans. Very argumentative. Refused to address issues including Warranty issues. Left with half built project that will cost double to fix and litigation. Unknown completion date since builder left us stranded.

Landis Builders, Inc. is a company whose projects define the quality of workmanship and the meticulous attention to detail we continually strive to maintain — a standard upon which our company was built. We are sorry to again hear of your displeasure. We met with you on several occasions to try and establish a plan to work cooperatively toward completion of the project. However, the nonpayment of a progress invoice after passing the framing and mechanical inspections and the call to the code official office implying we bribed the inspector, made working conditions impossible.
