This is the third time I have used the excellent services of Leehar Home. After a water leak started, I needed professional advice on how to get the problem fixed. Eventually it was decided to renew all the water pipes plus water heater and fix all the damage in the flat, which included tiling the 2 bathrooms again. I left the choice of tiles to the team and the result looks better than I could ever have imagined. Once again I had no communication issues, the ideas of the team are really professional, the quality of the work is very good as is the aftercare. Moreover, the project was delivered on time and within the estimated price. Thank you team Leehar Home!

In search for a contractor for our new home, I came across Ronny and his team at Leehar Home and immediately decided they were the ONE. What differentiates them from the rest of the contractors in Hong Kong is that they are an English-speaking team that brings together brilliant ideas from different contintents. I was also impressed with Ronny's organization skills, especially when it came to the invoices -- every item was listed so we knew what we were paying for. While working together in designing our new home, Ronny and his team provided us with abundant alternatives and were extremely patient when it came to us changing our minds. Thank you Nurdin and Alex! It is never easy building a "perfect" home. Sometimes things don't go according to plans. During the construction phase, there were some hiccups but Ronny and his team were flexible and immediately fixed what needed to be fixed. For that, I am grateful. What's worth mentioning is that during the construction phase, our building was also going through a major renovation project in which the bathroom pipes were relocated. Ronny and his team took the initiative to coordinate with the building contractor on the timing of the scaffoldings and the location of the pipes. As a result, we saved some money with the scaffoldings and gained extra space in one of our bathrooms! After we moved in, Ronny and his team were very prompt in attending to our every requests. There were a few times we found ourselves in some sticky situations. I foolishly locked us out of the guest bathroom, for example. Thank you very much once again for coming very quickly and saving the day! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for us.

I cannot recommend Lehar Home highly enough for major home renovation projects. Our flat was in dire need of an overhaul, as it had not been updated in over 20 years and was dealing with plumbing, electrical and water leakage issues. Taking on such a large scope of work, the team at Lehar Home was incredibly thorough. They had to essentially gut the entire space and start from scratch with new plumbing, electrical wiring, windows - even down to removing non-loadbearing walls. Through the entire process, their communication was excellent. The whole project team is easily accessible through WhatsApp and always quick to respond to any questions. Beyond construction, I was impressed by Lehar Home's full-service approach. They helped with design consultations and recommendations as we planned the renovation. This made the process much smoother. Their craftsmanship is top-notch as well. Once completed, our flat is like a new home - completely transformed! The aftercare has been just as wonderful. On a few small items, issues came up post-completion and Lehar Home promptly took care of everything, no questions asked. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any home renovation needs, large or small. The attention to detail and customer service is truly above and beyond. It has been a pleasure working with Ronny and his team. They are not only professional at the work, but also very considerable and responsive when dealing with unexpected situations. Scaffold is not allowed to be used for the installation of aircons in our building, which brought a lot challenges to our project. Ronny helped resolving the issues smoothly and efficiently. In terms of the budgeting, Ronny provided a detailed budget in the very beginning, and the team followed the budget closely with very minimum variation at the end. Ronny and the team collaborated closely with my designer to make the design come true, they also proposed some ideas which make it even aesthetically better and more practical.

Following the first meeting with Leehar, I was very impressed with the detailed follow ups that came from the meeting. The planning stage took some time as I was picky in changing and arranging things to fit into my budget, the team was patient. The construction actually went by quickly and I was happy with the result. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly by the team. Fitting out of new offices for our counselling practice - Perspection - in Stanley Street, Central, H.K. Going to Ronnie and his team was a obvious choice after the excellent quality, support and communications that the Leehar Homes team did a couple of years ago in restyling our home. The project faced many challenges as the building was fairly mature and some systems were reaching the normal working life. The team worked tirelessly to accommodate every design cue that was driven by our branding exercise. They cooperated and communicated with the branding team and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The difference with Leehar is that the job isn't deemed completed until the client is completely satisfied. Once the offices were in operation, it became clear that we needed a couple of minor changes - all facilitated with continued care. It is unusual in Hong Kong to have a company that really lives the saying of "putting the customer first" but Leehar is exactly that company. The inputs from the Leehar design team were valuable and empowered the design to be easy on the eye and true to our brand concept. This is the first of the new offices and we expect to be able to smoothly replicate this design when we need further locations - and Leehar will be the first choice again. We are very happy with the end result of our complete tear down and reno, all work carried out by LH. We were given good suggestions throughout the build and our individual bespoke requests were all resolved to great affect with good support during, and post, build. There were of course issues as there always will be and also delays due to the protests at the time which were generally unavoidable. Having spoken to multiple design firms in HK, we were most impressed by Leehar Homes and the time dedicated by the Leehar team from our very first meeting. Ronny, Nurdin and Yuval spent many hours discussing and engaging us to design our 1st flat and their input and opinion was valuable. On site, Mr Chiu moved swiftly to ensure the renovation was complete in an efficient manner and was able to adapt to our needs. The finishing was top class and we came out with a wonderfully designed and functional home despite the small size! Leehar Home re-routed a kitchen exhaust duct through a wall, and replaced an old window with a double glazed unit. The area was then retouched and painted. We engaged Ronny and his team at Leehar Homes to do a gut renovation of an 1850SF flat after seeing some of his other projects on Houzz. Our instructions were that we wanted a minimalist ‘Scandinavian' look with an open floor plan to maximize the space efficiency and sea views. Ronny's design team (Yuki, Giselle and Nurdin) guided us right through from concept development, to color palates and helping us to choose materials. Nurdin's 3D rendering images were very accurate and gave us a real impression of what the home would look like in the end. Unbelievably, the actual finished product was even more impressive than the artists renderings. There were a number of challenges which arose (2 typhoons, building noise curfiews, window approvals) which delayed construction by 1 month, but the team knew we were working to a deadline, and worked hard, through the Christmas and New Year holidays to ensure we were able to move in before our lease expired. Final costs were almost exactly what was originally quoted (i.e. there were no hidden extras), and 'after-sales' service has been efficient.

I am very happy with the complete gutting and renovation of my 322 sqf flat (30sqm) in the almost 50-year-old building at Shanghai St, Yau Ma Tei. I found out about Leehar Home from a South China Morning Post article and made an appointment with Ronny after reading all the positive reviews from his previous clients on Houzz. From the first meeting, I was sold by his professionalism and enthusiasm and how he listened attentively to all of my requirements. He and his team always responded when I had questions, such as sizes when I bought my own tiles and appliances to save costs. He informed me of any problems in a timely manner, such as the rusty wires in the ceiling that would involve extra time and costs to resolve. He provided a breakdown of every cost that I agreed to, making several revisions to costs which was still within my budget. Ceci Tam was the designer who Ronny provided and I am very pleased with her excellent service. She had to deal with a very difficult apartment manager who would call her at all hours, speaking patiently and politely to the manager for almost an hour. She and her team worked tirelessly, catching up on work on the weekends and late in the evenings due to rain delays. With only 322 sqf and requiring 2 bedrooms, I wanted to make sure there was enough storage and still feel open and spacious. The design and fittings were done exactly to my taste and met my expectations. The finish date was as promised and my son moved in in August 2018. We initially selected Leehar Homes to help us design and build our home because their portfolio showed a more diverse range of styles than most of the other local designers we looked at and the overall finish and attention to detail of their other projects seemed of a high standard. As clients, we had a very clear idea of the elements we wanted included in our home and we found Ronny Lehar and his team to be extremely collaborative, utilising their extensive expertise and product knowledge to provide great recommendations and solutions to bring our ideas to life! Ronny and Mr Chiu were meticulous in their attention to detail, working out to the last millimetre the best use of the precious floor space and designing superb cabinetry and storage solutions, while the rest of the design team were unrelenting in following up every last request from us. We had commissioned a separate supplier to provide the window shutters and the LH team were great in working with them and providing them with all the information they required. Even after completion of the build, the LH team are still available to follow-up on small trouble-shooting details, providing a great aftersales service. We ended up with a home far beyond our expectations - a year on, we still go to sleep each night in awe of the fact we live in such a beautiful home! Thank-you so much Leehar Homes!

We hired Leehar and team for a complete home gutting and redesign. Having worked with other design companies before, Leehar has been by far the most pleasant and responsive team to work with. What impressed us the most was the ability to work within a tight deadline (a little over 3 months) and deliver the completed project ON-TIME. This was particularly important to us, as moving around with dogs and young children is not ideal. The team was responsive to our every request throughout the process, and no issue was too small to be discussed thoroughly to our satisfaction. After site hand over, the follow up service was excellent as well. Leehar and team has continued to provide follow up maintenance and touch ups well after the project concluded. Our first impression after meeting Ronny and his team did not disappoint and we walked away feeling confident that we made the right choice for what we considered an intricate project for the scale, budget and delivery time. We gave the team a relatively tight budget to completely renovate a 40 year old apartment unit, that included changing the layout of the guest bathroom into our modern contemporary inspired home. Given the small size of the apartment, we were highly demanding about maximising space, storage and natural lighting. And this is where we felt Leehar Home excelled - an integrated team of experienced professionals. From the get-go, we were able to tap into their wealth of knowledge and experience not only in design ideas but practicality of the construction. We are aware that not all great ideas are practical and not all practical ideas are great designs but the team delivered on both counts - great ideas that were also practical. Leehar Home also stood out for us in their cost planning work that helped us to optimise our spending to achieve the best result. The team provided us with clear options on cost and quality from the start so that we could prioritise our spendings where they mattered. Great planning and execution but as we all know, teething problems are to be expected and Leehar Home was quick to respond, come up with alternatives and execute on the solutions. Even after handover, they responded promptly to our request for minor repairs with no additional charges. We were also impressed with them going the extra mile when Ronny delivered a 30kg safe to our apartment personally, when our building lift broke down! I had a complete remodelling project with Leehar; complete redesign in terms of layout, plumbing and electrical. Working with these guys are an absolute breeze - these guys take care of everything, from design, demolition, construction to after-completion follow up. Communication is extremely quick and smooth, I always had responses within the day, and often they give you updates before you even ask for them. Can easily trust their team with planning and executing on the plan, I haven't had to chase up on them even once. They understood my design requirements quickly, and presented many options for me to choose from, and adapted all of my 'wants' as well. Best of all, these guys are great when it comes to time management. We agreed on a project completion date, and they managed to beat it by almost a week. Never had that happen with a contractor before! Overall, very impressed with the LH team.

I chose LH Ltd due to Word of Mouth reference and that I could trust them to do a good job and receive good personally aimed service and that is exactly what I found working with them. Not too easy to find in Hong Kong at a reasonable price. Coming up with ideas and designs for my new place's renovation projected a very professional and methodical approach with great ideas and I could see they had lots of experience. Window replacement/Guarantee We purchased a large bay window for our city apartment in Central about 2 years ago and used Leehar Home Ltd. for the installation. During the last Taifun season we experienced a slight water leak which came from an imperfect window frame. Most probably a manufacturing issue. As we approached Leehar Home about the issue they were very understanding and helpful. They stepped in and replaced the window in a record time of 2 days with all the plastering work included at no cost. We are living in Hong Kong for nearly 10 years and I have rarely come across a company which works as professional and organised. It is nice to experience that someone is proud of their work and fixes an issue if something goes wrong. Thanks again for the great job!

We used Leehar for a full apartment renovation, design, building, plumbing, wiring, furniture etc. They were very responsive to the design brief, namely, modern, clean, and with maximum storage options given the size of Hong Kong apartments. The project ran to time almost exactly, 3 months from start to finish, and bar the usual snags at the end - to which Leehar have been very responsive - we are delighted with the outcome. My daughter's room is wonderful, she has a swing under her high bed, with plenty of desk space too, and the raised floor in the master bedroom, and hinged bed, gives lots of storage. The quality is very good and it is a huge improvement, we are really pleased with the result!!

It was the second time I used Leehar Home. This time around it was for a renovation of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1000 sq ft flat. Leehar helped me to totally renovate a residential apartment. The whole team has been great during this process. They are professional, responsive and helpful with all aspects from design, implementation and execution. I also appreciated that the team were very open with communication. In planning to renovate a 30+yr old flat that had not had any significant changes made since the original fit out, it was obvious that we needed a significant design input and a reliable building company. After investigating a few, by way of recommendation from previous customers, we settled on Leehar Homes. It was a good choice. The draughtsman and designer with the company was assigned to our project and he was excellent. Attention to detail, pointing out either ideas we had that wouldn't work or better ways to address our plans. As an example, when we finally had the delivery of our large, double door fridge, the delivery men were amazed to find that they had exactly the right clearances through the front door, between the kitchen island and wall and, finally, a perfect fit in the cabinet - and I'm talking about 3mm either side in some cases!! The whole flat was gutted back to structural concrete, all windows replaced with double glazed units and some internal walls removed or relocated. As always in Hong Kong, the matter of time was important and was sometimes challenging. We did find that, at the beginning, there was some time between gutting the flat and commencing with the electrical and plumbing work which was the first stage. This was mainly to do with finalising the lighting and power circuits to our approval. The project was a four month one - which sounds like a lot - but we were involved in approving all the details as well. We also sourced many of the kitchen and bathroom appliances ourselves to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Also, there were some changes from our original designs to accommodate our Feng Shui master. It all came together very quickly in the end and we have now been living in the flat for the past 6 months. This has given us time to access the overall project and how Leehar Homes performed. Having done several renovations at various flats in HK, I would rank this as the most extensive and the most successful. Leehar were very quick to react to Whatsapp messages, were proactive when issues arose during the design or construction. Of course, there will always be issues that happen post-completion and I am delighted to say that Leehar continue to promptly address these quickly with good will. I am convinced that they really do deliver what they aspire to achieve - Happy Customers! Of course, we have some items that we would do differently if we did the project all over again but those are mainly from our input to the design. Overall, I would recommend Leehar Homes as an excellent choice for renovations in Hong Kong. Plan ahead for the project and contact them very early in the piece - it's amazing how long the design and planning takes and you need to give the target completion date ASAP so as to schedule the project. Having now lived in our completely renovated home for six months we have the same feeling as day one - everything (materials, design, function, comfort) feels brand new, looks and functions as perfectly as we had imagined. They delivered our dream home, having completely regutted, designed and constructed the whole renovation from scratch. They even started working with us on the design before we took possession of our place so they could meet a very tight deadline and they did!. We hired Lehar and team for a complete remodel of our apartment in the gentrifying suburb of Sheung Wan in HK. It was a small apartment (370sqf) and our key brief was to maximise light and to create an aesthetically beautiful and comfortable home for two. We chose Lehar due to their specialisation in remodeling small apartments in Sheung Wan area, are efficient communicstors (in English, which was important for my partner) and were the most patient with us during the entire project, from design to finish. Lehar and team were able to accommodate to our many requests for customization, providing creative solutions at a price within our budget. Lehar and team were extremely professional and thr standard of work is very very high. The most differentiated part is the after completion service. The team has returned on multiple occasions to help us fix, touch up dents, scratches, appliance malfunctions etc completely free of charge. The final cost came in within expectations and we could not have asked for a better result. We have already recommended the team to many of our friends and would not hesitate to work with them again on future projects.

The Leehar Home team carried out the design and renovation of my HK 700 sqft apartment and rooftop in Sai Kung, Hong Kong. Superb team of consummate professionals. A dedicated team were assigned to the project and helped through the design stage to the finishing. Leehar Home only use a small select group of tradesman all of whom have worked together on previous jobs. What is also great is that with all the skills in each team it's extremely rare that they have any need for any subcontracting so you can be reassured the team on your project are highly skilled and experienced. This therefore ensures that the quality is maintained at all stages of the project. The team there are absolutely superb. Very easy to talk with and brilliant to get along with. Nothing ever felt like it was a problem and the team were quick to find solutions / support. I was hugely impressed with how ideas were discussed, advice given on what would work / not work and plans quickly updated and turned around. Budget was managed openly and discussions about add ons were always had in advance with options given. No surprises makes for a great project. The design and finish were fantastic - some wonderful touches brought the whole design together. I would definitely work with the Leehar team again if I have another project in Hong Kong. Satisfaction guaranteed! We worked with LH Ltd for the renovation of an apartment we had purchased. We had some ideas about what we wanted to do but we were not 100% certain and we did not know exactly what was feasible (knocking down a wall?, rearranging water piping?, etc). We did not know LH Ltd and only had read good reviews about their work. We decided to meet with them as well as other contractors. From appointment #1, the guys appear both very structured and organized (more than others). They came with measuring devices and before I knew it, they had told me what was easily doable and what would be more complex/costly. Couple days later, they send detailed plans, rendering, quotations, etc. It became a no brainer that we ought to work with them. Rest now is history and they have helped us to design and realize what is a beautiful, very functional and unique looking apartment. I appreciated that they were very reactive and that they could cop with our numerous last minute requests and ideas. Renovation work done is very impressive (move kitchen, took down walls, create new ones, etc) although cost was affordable and kept under control; they also did a great job from a scheduling standpoint and complete job as scheduled. To cut a long story short: we are very happy about job executed by LH ltd for us. We would have no hesitation to work with them again and are definitely recommending them to anyone.

All the design ideas available from their other jobs made designing our home very easy. The job was finished on time, on budget and on schedule ( I'm not kidding!). We hired Leehar home for a complete apartment internal renovation. The team worked to a tight deadline and helped to plan, design and execute our apartment renovation within budget and to a very high standard. We found all memebers of the team to be courteous and patient in providing us with the apartment we wanted and due to the thoughtful design and graphical mockups we did not have to make multiple adjustments (saving additional expenses through last minute changes). Even after completion we have received excellent aftercare support from Leehar Home to fix minor issues. Cannot recommend them more highly, simply an amazing company who are worth every cent of expenditure. WE were recommended Leehar home by a friend and also now pass on the recommendation.

I worked with the Leehar Home team on a ~3 month renovation project. Despite under strict deadlines, the team was able to complete the renovation on time and performed a decent job with no major flaws. What I personally think sets Leehar Home apart from other renovation companies is their use of 3D design technology that allows customers to better visualize space and various designs. During the design stage, the team provided various 3D designs to encourage customers' feedback and thoughts in the process (which was very helpful as designers often do not fully understand customers' needs). In addition, the team was able to satisfy customers' needs within customers' proposed budget and time frame. I would definitely recommend the team to anyone that is looking for a interior designer/contractor.

Leehar Homes performed an extensive renoavtion to my flat in Hong Kong. The Director Ronny Leehar speeks fluent Cantonese which made the explaining of what needs to be done an absolute breeze. He has managed to employ some terrific tradesmen whose expertise is easily recognised. Even the Real Estate Agents commented on the standard of work. The speed of the workmanship and level of work I have not seen in Hong Kong before and it directly attributable to Ronny's grasp of the language and his commitment to producing the best product on the market, The use of 3D CAD drawings allows him to stand out amongst his competitors and lets you see exactly what the finished product will look like even before you commence demolition. A real credit and a definite asset to Hong Kong

Ronny and his team at Leehar Homes have done the most wonderful job on our apartment. We bought a top floor, walk up, Chinese tenement apartment which needed complete gutting. They re-wired, re-plumbed, took out all the walls and created a customised layout for our needs. They designed and installed a beautiful living space for us, including all appliances, furniture, thought of every little detail and did it all without us being in the country to supervise. They were efficient, polite, proactive and reactive, answered our questions, worked hard to find the fittings that we wanted, and met our very tight timeline. We have been in for a couple of months now and have had no problems whatsoever which is quite impressive considering the weather, our boisterous little boy and general expected teething issues.

I lack serious talent when in comes to anything to do with design and/ or what a great apartment should look like. I am also a busy person with work and travel more than I would like. So, think how fortunate I was to be referred to Leehar homes! The team led by the highly energetic founder was utterly professional and extremely helpful in aspects. At my request they took on the project with little influence from myself - but always referring when they felt a major decision was needed. My result has been excellent and I now have a very special place that I can call home. Leehar uses quality materials, takes full advantage of technology (from lighting to Whatsapp!) and has a team of experts that are never too busy to help and support. We first engaged Ronny to renovate our two bathrooms and master bedroom in Repulse Bay. He certainly delivered the wow factor with great attention to detail and style. Ronny is a consummate professional, has excellent ideas complete with clear explanations, but he also respected our own views on style. We liked his computer visual presentations which gave us a clear idea of the finished product in the planning stage. He did such a great job that we engaged him to do the rest of our flat, which he has just completed. He accommodated our intention not to move out during the rest of the renovation, making sure we still had our internet and TV as we survived the works in the comfort of our master bedroom and en suite bathroom. We are very pleased with the final result. He has pretty much stuck to our budget requirements and met our deadlines. We have enjoyed a very pleasant working relationship with Ronny and his team. He has followed up promptly on snagging items and Ronny himself was doing touching-up paint work. Sometimes he promises things and can't deliver, but this is only down to his boundless enthusiasm to satisfy his client. After our first horrible experience with a contractor, it was a delight to engage Ronny as our contractor. We have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.
