My husband & I were beyond thrilled with LivCo for our house remodeling project, and we were impressed with ALL aspects of the process, including each & every person on their amazing team. We especially loved that the LivCo team is a one-stop-shop, including highly skilled & experienced architects, designers and builders who all work together seamlessly and work together extremely well. From the beginning, the project planning and the proposed timelines were clearly communicated and presented in a thoughtful, easy to understand and detailed manner (we loved the organized binders, with tabs!). During the project, communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive to all of our requests & questions. They were definitely on top of things & kept the construction space & our house clean throughout. They exceeded our expectations & completed our project on time, if not even a week or so early! We highly recommend LivCo to anyone interested in starting a remodeling project.

We had purchased a 60's style ranch that needed work to create the great room (Living, Dining and Kitchen) that we always wanted. Our decision to go with Live came down to a couple of key factors: -we loved that their team addressed every facet of a remodel from design/architecture to completion. -their design aesthetic was perfect for what we wanted to accomplish -their past work we looked into reinforced our feeling for both listed above We were going to be doing a big renovation that included knocking down walls, vaulting a ceiling and a completely new kitchen. They said would take 4 months. We kicked off in mid June and finished the week before Halloween! What really impressed me was that the finished project was on budget and completely in line with the design concepts that Dave Pollard and team had presented to us in both drawing and computer/video formats. Through the 4 months they helped guide key moments and design decisions. Important to note that we were living in the house during the work (with kids!) and truly appreciated their approach to helping us manage our expectations of the ebbs and flows of a renovation. In the end our new living space looks amazing! Constant compliments. What really stood out to me was how professional they are with constant communication. I also liked that they had signs up reminding all that entered our home the values and behaviors expected of each team member/contractor who entered the site. Holding all accountable for what it meant to represent their organization. That meant alot. One of the main expectations they demanded was at the end of each day the crew would clean the space so thoroughly that I never had to worry about my kids walking through the area.

We are just in love with our home after Liv Companies. They were able to recreate the charm of the first floor on our second floor. It is also now more efficient and now we have even more space for our family. We would highly recommend for any big or small project. They were able to incorporate our needs and wants throughout the project. The staff were amazing and always dealt with any concerns or questions that arouse during the entire process.

While there are always many nice large houses on the market, it is very difficult to find a nice small one. I fell in love with a small 1929 brick cottage in the perfect location, and though it had great bones and many charming original features it had no kitchen to speak of, and the bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade. The LIV team made it a point to really understand and share my vision, extend it, and make it reality. I was a novice to remodeling and they shepherded me through the process. I really appreciated their professionalism, quality materials, attention to detail and practicality. The design process was extraordinary. LIV design and build teams collaborated to help me obtain my vision while staying within my budget. Anytime a design hitch was encountered, the team leaned into to it, each time coming up with a solution that was even better than the original design intent. I think this aspect is what really sets the LIV team apart. Thanks LIV team! I absolutely LOVE my new old house!

Dave, Russ and team are truly an exceptional group to work with. We are completely satisfied with the transformation of our home. We first started with wanting to do a simple facelift to the home but it quickly turned into a bigger project than we anticipated. We basically touched every part of our home from fresh paint to a brand new kitchen. We would have never thought of some of the design ideas that Dave came up with. We love LivCo! We worked with LivCo to do a major addition (adding about 50% to our existing 1925 home) and remodel of about 1/3 of existing living space (including gutting the kitchen and our kids' bedrooms/bath). The whole project took about 6 months, start to finish, and we lived here throughout. I can't even describe how amazing it was to work with this team. Perhaps most importantly, the addition is gorgeous and everyone who sees it remarks about how amazingly it blends with the rest of the house. We're thrilled with how it all turned out! Score 1. Secondly, we knew exactly where we stood on budget at all times. No surprises. We added/changed some things in real-time, so, of course, that had an impact - but we knew what that impact was and had the info to make a decision. Score 2. Third, everyone who worked on our project (and let's admit it...we lived here throughout...so we got to know everyone well) was incredibly respectful of our home and our family - even the dog ;) And I also work from home - and they were flexible about how to schedule around some really important calls! Score 3. Lastly, Dave and Russ are just great people to work with. We worked really hard upfront to get the design right. And, the combo effect of having design and build together meant that the kinks get worked out upfront and the budget reflected a complete understanding of what's going on. That was HUGE. I remember overhearing Dave and Russ having a spirited conversation one day while we were still in the design phase and I was so grateful! It was clear that they were going to work through the best solution for us....and that we didn't have to be in the middle of it. Thanks, guys!! It was a blast!

We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Dave and Russ, along with Tom and Denny, became a part of our lives for five months. We lived through the renovation and they were patient with us and accommodating during the whole experience. We had our kitchen and bathroom totally remodeled, along with our attic transformed into two bedrooms and a bathroom. The design is perfect and has brought so much light and peaceful energy into our home. Our family is enjoying our home and it feels like the house was always meant to be the way it is now. We looked at several contractors/design companies before selecting Liv Companies - and couldn't be happier with our decision! Having an architect & contractor under one roof was a winning combination for our home renovation. Dave (architect) is wildly talented and immediately shared our vision for the home, and helped take it up a notch - delivering a finished product that exceeded our expectations. Russ's (contractor) expertise and experience helped us along the way in terms of construction, costs & timing and was always on hand to steer us in the right direction. Russ and Dave are a great combo team with their building and operational experience. They aren't the biggest (or smallest) in town so their service is very personalized. I highly recommend working with them!

Dave and Russ are the best out there. They made our renovation project as simple as a walk in the park. This was our first house and first such undertaking.
