Lee is a pleasure to work with. He cares as much about your project as you do. He’s very responsive and is on site almost every day making sure things are moving. My neighbors were all amazed how fast my project progressed. Another pro to working with Lee is he uses the same crews on all his jobs. He’s vetted them and only keeps using the good ones so the crews you’ll have working on your project will be top notch. I highly recommend Lee for your home improvement project!

My wife and I hired Lee of LND Design and Build for our home addition project. Lee was responsible for all aspects of the project; working with us to create the drawings which had to be submitted to the town for approval, hiring sub contractors for doing the actual work and supervising them so that the work gets completed on time with good quality. Lee was patient, easy to work with, took care of all my requirements and responded to all my questions promptly. He always arrived on time for appointments and provided great suggestions/changes/feedback to improve the final look and feel of the house. The only minor issue I faced was the cost overruns in comparison to the initial estimates but it was most likely due to labor and material shortage, increase in scope of work which in turn didn't allow me to manage my finances as well as I could have; but other than that I was perfectly happy with how the completed work turned out. I would highly recommend Lee and his team for any home addition projects.

Leonardo Dickson at LND Architect worked with us to develop plans to add a deck and French Doors to our home. We were contemplating adding a deck for years, however, as new home owners, we never had the experience of working with contractors. When the contractor suggested we find an architect, we searched locally and decided to work with LND Architect. We had plans in hand for the contractor in less than a week! During the project, the contractor veered off an important detail in the plan, Leonardo immediately recognized it, and ensured the contractor adjusted the work to code. His Professionalism and ethics are stellar. We look forward to working with him on future projects.

Lee was my architect of record for a gut renovation for a condo in Manhattan that is to commence this fall. He worked with my draftsman to get the initial drawings ready for approval by the building's management company's engineer and the building's board. He then worked diligently with my expeditor as she prepared the package of documents needed to submit for approval not only from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, but also the DOB. Throughout the entire long drawn out process, Lee was attentive and responsive to any changes that were required. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had and worked collaboratively with all the other folks involved in moving this project along. If I ever need an architect for another project, I would not hesitate to call Leandro Dickson.
