If you are looking for a company who has excellent communication, helps you think about design, ensures top quality and makes sure the customer’s expectations are met, LoneStar Design Build is who you should call. I’ve done 2 major projects with them and would use them again. From a complete bathroom remodel, to new floors, built-ins, custom closet, fireplace remodel and updating my stairs. I could not be happier with the outcome.

LoneStar Design Build recently completed a kitchen/living room remodel for our family. From initial design to finish, the entire team kept us in the loop, handled unforeseen issues quickly with options to remedy, and stayed on schedule! Highly recommend Brandon and his team for any remodel projects!

LoneStar was the best that we could hope for. They renovated our kitchen from the studs up and did it in an incredibly short timeline due to extenuating circumstances that we had. They were incredibly professional, handled any discrepancies quickly, and produced a beautiful end result. The owner Brandon is the nicest guy in the business and you will want to find more projects for him when you are done. A few small concerns that should be noted even though I cannot give them the highest praise. The designer was fantastic but failed to follow through with several design notes and changes that were requested multiple times which caused delays and changes in our vision. Secondly internal communication between the project manager and the designer was not great at all times, as the project manager was left in the dark and when we asked about things he had no idea what we were talking about. This lack of communication lead to cabinets not being built to proper spec. Lastly, we were not always sure about when people were coming and I really wish they had a better system for communicating with the home owners throughout the process. Again, no company is perfect. There are always things that need to be improved, but LoneStar comes extremely close. The end result speaks to this. If you are thinking about any type of remodel please hire this company! We are already planning what they can remodel for us next because of how happy we are with them.

We hired LoneStar Design Build to remodel our kitchen and family rooms. Our concern about who to hire was quickly resolved as we worked with Kathi, bringing our wishes into reality. The entire team was professional and courteous with outstanding quality and workmanship. They listened to our ideas and made suggestions, making our design even better. Don provided solutions for some hidden plumbing lines and the team was flexible as we added to our project. Susan has excellent communication, always informing us of the schedule and moving it along. We enjoyed our experience working with LoneStar as they exceeded our expectations and we’re glad we remodeled instead of moving!

I was really concerned about everything fitting together and was stalling with my remodel because I felt overwhelmed with everything. The design help was really worth it, as I could trust that Megan knew what looked good in my bathroom. Megan met me at the showrooms and helped me pick out the tile, counters, plumbing, everything. She chose my paint colors and made sure the stain worked with my bedroom furniture. I loved all the attention LoneStar gave me and how Susan coordinated all the workers for a smooth flow. I didn’t have to worry because I know LoneStar would take care of everything. Thomas is very meticulous and made sure all the details worked. I would recommend LoneStar to my friends and neighbor

Outstanding service and quality. The attention to detail is impressive. If workmanship was not up to their high standards it was pulled out and reinstalled at no cost to me. Subcontractors are professional, on time and willing to work with you and your schedule. During project, area is left clean and neat. Owner and staff are involved at every step making sure construction stays on schedule and you are happy with the results. Couldn't be more pleased with the remodel. Because the Lone Star Design Build team did such an amazing job on my remodel, I have contracted them to do additional work.

LoneStar did a great job in remodeling my Mom’s new bathroom and bedroom. They were very detailed, adding suggestions for a seamless outcome. I never dreaded having anyone in my home as the entire crew was very trustworthy and dependable. Painting was amazing and the tile installer was very diligent, sloping the shower floor so I could roll Mom into the shower in a wheelchair. Tom was like a magician, as he just got things done and I hardly know he was in the house. Megan created a masterpiece and knew how to coordinate all selections and what goes together. Susan was very positive and quick to respond, giving me the schedule ahead of time. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Great team to work with. They helped us with many decisions. All the contractors were very professional and the quality of their work was amazing, we pretty much stayed within our budget. The project took a little longer than expected, but it was worth,

I am very satisfied with the work done by Lonestar Design & Build. We previously hired another company to replace a tub/shower with a walk in shower only to find out the work they did was not to code and would eventually leak. Lonestar did a great job and I can say with certainty that they are committed to doing things the right way. We had some minor issues but they made everything right. To me it says more about a company to see how they respond when there is an issue than when everything goes exactly to plan and I was satisfied with the resolution. They have very good group of people on their Team, very cordial and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any bathroom or kitchen project.
