Longfellow did an exceptional job on our remodeled home in Falmouth! Their attention to detail is to be commended. The project manager Matt Berry went above and beyond to make this process as easy for us as he could. The workers showed a tremendous work ethic and were courteous and friendly, which added to an overall positive experience. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Passers-by who watched the project from start to finish frequently stop to comment on the fabulous transformation. We highly recommend Longfellow!

We have just completed a full first-floor redesign (kitchen, living room, master bedroom with ½ bath, and full bath) with Longfellow Design and Build. We have been very pleased – with both the experience and the outcome. We’ve worked with other contractors before and our experience with Longfellow has been the most pleasant – by far. When choosing a contractor, it’s always about: timing, cost and quality. In terms of timing, from the very start, we set a “drop dead” date (which, for us, was Easter) and I’m happy to say that we had a lovely Easter in our newly renovated home. Regarding cost…yes, we went over budget – but mainly because I was adding requests that were out-of-scope (and, because our 100 yr old home had a few unexpected surprises). Our Project Manager, Scott, was very upfront with me about what was in vs. out-of-scope (and frankly, was generous about including some items that one could have considered out-of-scope). From that perspective, I think we were both fair – with some give and take. I don’t think either party felt “nickel and dimed” in the process. Lastly, the quality…I’m very pleased with the quality. Scott and his carpenter, Edgar, were very accommodating with some of the custom design features that I requested (following pictures from Pinterest to a “T” and trying out some new features…such as a hidden cubby in my mantel for my cable box). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Longfellow again. They’re a large outfit – and the majority of specialists are full-time employees. I thought this was beneficial in that they could control the work flow and keep to a schedule better than smaller companies who may be at the mercy of subcontractors. If I had to do it over again, I would have started with them instead of dropping over $10K on an architect and permits only to find that I couldn’t afford the project that we designed. When I met with Longfellow, they thought creatively about how to meet all of my criteria within the existing footprint of the home, then drew up the designs and completed the project for about $100K less than the cost of my originally designed renovation.

Longfellow Design Build tore down and rebuilt our three bedroom house and we could not be happier with the final outcome. From the outset, owner Mark Bogosian was able to share our vision to design a unique home taking optimal advantage of views, sight lines, and natural light in every room. Our home is full of custom detail, skillfully carried out by his team of in-house craftsmen. We were especially impressed with lead carpenter Marcello, as he was wonderfully receptive to work with, approaching every day so enthusiastically; his love for and pride in his work are evident in the finely detailed woodwork throughout our home. Special thanks to foreman Kevin, electrician Mike, and kitchen designer Mark; the entire staff of carpenters and tilers were professional, courteous, hard-working and well-prepared. All along we found Longfellow's can-do attitude, led by the owner, was focused on how to make us happy with the end results. They were very flexible and open to design changes as the project progressed. Mark Bogosian has made good on his promise to follow up on any minor details that came up after the project was completed. In retrospect, it was a huge asset engaging a design-build firm as they managed our project from start to finish, from navigating through town permitting to coordinating bids from local landscapers. We love our home and enthusiastically recommend Longfellow.

I am thrilled with my remodeled kitchen. I certainly got more than quality from this company. Mark and his team took a great deal of time listening to my ideas and what I wanted to be included. They made it all work within my budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an upscale renovation project.

Longfellow has made our renovation of our Cape Cod home for use as our full time residence as easy as possible. They have done a good job from designing the project and dealing with our difficult building department to quality workmanship and professionalism. Every one involved including architect, kitchen designer, project manager, plumber, electrician, carpenters, etc. have been personable and easy to work with. We have added on to the second floor to include a new master bedroom and master bath as well as removed some interior walls on the first floor in order to redesign the kitchen and improve the access to the backyard and deck. We are very experienced in home renovation having owned nine homes in the last 40 years, all of which we have renovated to some extent, including a total renovation of an 1850's farmhouse. So far, Longfellow has made this about the easiest experience we have had with a builder.

I hired Longfellow for a full home renovation and could not be happier with the results. They were professional and very personable during the whole process. Owner- Mark Bogosian was available anytime I had questions and responded to queries quickly. They made a stressful process actually fun most of the time as the staff was respectful and knowledgable. I will use them again in the future. I also like that they have followed up with me to adjust minor details "after" the job was well over- another sign of a quality company.

Mark and his team remodeled our condo in the South Shore and did an emaculate job. We can be tough-to-please clients, and certainly put them to work. BUT they did their work with a smile and were determined to make sure we were pleased with the end results. And WE WERE. Our condo is our second home - where we now can get to unwind, enjoy our new kitchen cooking for family and friends. 5-star service and work.

I had Longfellow design and build a in-law addition. They did a great job! The project manager Kevin was so easy to work with. I will be using them in the future to remodel my kitchen.

Longfellow Design Build was very responsive and attentive to our desire to renovate our kitchen, bathrooms and deck. They carefully guided our design choices so that we remained consistent with the original architectural features and age of our home. We would characterize them as creative, honest, attentive to detail and complete. Their craftsmanship was finish carpenter grade. If there was a concern about an outcome, no matter how small, they addressed the concern with persistence. We are grateful that they helped make these important changes to our home. Every member of their design and construction team felt like a true partner.

Longfellow Design recently completed renovations on my kitchen and two bathrooms. Owner Mark Bogosian ably guided me through the overall design and construction process. Designers Mark and Gene readily gave me input on bathroom and kitchen design and suggested materials to choose. The construction team of Geo, Marcelo, and Evan aimed to please. With careful coordination and master craftsmanship, they made the magic happen. My lifesaver for the entire project, however, was designer Ann-Marie. She would contact me (email, phone call, text) to help with scheduling and attend to the many details that made the day-to-day schedule work smoothly and make the end results what I wanted. She is a punctual, patient, detailed-oriented, and dedicated worker at Longfellow Design. I felt as though she became my personal designer. We met many times in Longfellow’s comfortable showroom and conferred often. “Ann-Marie, what pendant lamp looks better in this space… What tile goes with my color palette… Can we change… Could you come look at the gray paint chips I’m considering for the bathroom?” She also served as the most efficient communicator between me and the entire Longfellow team of people who so masterfully transformed my old, dated kitchen and bathrooms into stylish, attractive spaces.
