We chose them based on the excellent projects they showed us, their straightforward approach to contracting and the clear attention to detail and professionalism of the people we met, including the owner and the project manager who would be leading our project. Their work met and exceeded our expectations. They did an excellent job in insuring competiveness and quality of subcontractors, they stayed on top of issues, and above all they lived and breathed this project with the same passion and care that we did. The folks at Lundberg are not only great at what they do. They are terrific people, with the highest level of integrity and pride in their work. We have used Lundberg Builders on three occasions and have found them to be reliable, honest and skilled. We have recommended to friends who are also pleased with their work. We worked with Lundberg Builders for two major renovations of our Annapolis home, in the last 20 years, finishing the last one in May 2014. On both occasions, we had the pleasure of working with their master planner, Bob Moreland, who is always willing to revisit plans, propose alternative solutions, and to answer all our millions of questions with patience, taking the time to explain complicated concepts to laypeople, like us. The Lundberg staff arrive on time every day, work extremely quickly "to keep costs low for you", and cleaned up the job site very professionally at the end of each day. Their craftsmanship and clever workmanship is outstanding! Our older home had several uniquely-shaped spaces that we wanted to use for storage and Bill, their Master Carpenter, was able to fashion triangular doors of different sizes that met each other with razor-precision! It is more like art than craft! I cannot say enough good about their team, except to add that when we needed to move some heavy furniture, that was not a problem and did not add to the cost. The Lundberg team has great, cutting-edge, ideas to solve absolutely any design, style or craft problem, and once again, when it was all over, we finished "under budget and ahead of schedule" -- those words that all homeowners LOVE to hear!

We recently used Lundberg Builders to perform major restoration on our home, including completion renovation of three bathrooms, replacement of 60+ windows, extensive electrical work, house wide hardware installation, and painting of the interior, among other items. At all times they have been communicative, neat, punctual, and perform their work per our specifications. Our foreman, Chuck Chambers, has in particular done an excellent job making sure that all details are attended to. Based on their work, we intend to use them again for several pending major projects, and have no hesitation recommending them to a discriminating homeowner interested in excellent craftsmanship and accountability.
