LUXE Homes

After an interview process with several home builders, we contracted with Luxe Homes for our custom built home. Our contract included demolition of an existing structure, site development, construction of an ~4,600 SF residence including a pool with spa and landscaping. The primary reasons for choosing Luxe Homes as our builder was their reputation as a quality builder for new construction or remodels, references and full-service capabilities that included full building blueprints, design, dealing with permitting and zoning issue and creating a project budget. The construction process was at times demanding, but enjoyable. Luxe listened, sought to understand, made communication a priority, offered advice where appropriate and never got frustrated with the inevitable changes that occur during construction. Luxe did an excellent job of making our vision a reality. Luxe provided a schedule for key decisions (i.e. Lighting, Plumbing Fixtures, Flooring, Appliances, Counter Tops, Paint Colors, etc) that have to be made to stay on schedule. Regular site walks and budget updates prevented unwanted surprises.Luxe has a designer on staff that was invaluable in helping with decorating decisions. Our neighbors had positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the build site during construction. At the end of the construction process, the "punch list" was minimal and any issues were resolved willingly and promptly.

As an architect, I have been so impressed with Bill Bhame and Natalie, and the professionalism and intelligence with which they run their company. They are not only incredibly nice people, they truly care about delivering and exceptional PRODUCT and EXPERIENCE for their clients. We have collaborated on one high end residence in the Atlanta area, and are gearing up for several more. I look forward to the opportunity to create meaningful spaces for our clients together. I know I share LUXE Home's goal to deliver homes where our clients' families will create memories for years to come.
