Hands down, outstanding work and renovation experience. We found these guys through the BBB website and interviewed a number of recommended professionals. The companies we first met with, by personal recommendations, gave us extravagant quotes and made us feel like a “job”. We had given up on the idea of a kitchen and main floor renovation before our baby arrived but met with Stefen anyways. As soon as he left, my husband and I said “Reno back on!” Not only was Stefen professional and respectful of our budget, he’s just a good guy. He provided personal attention and met (in person!) to review our quote within a very resonable amount of time. At our kitchen table, we were able to understand the break down of the whole job and he allowed us to take on a few easy tasks to save on money so we could spend where it counted and really get the result we wanted. Communication was my priority above all else and they deserve a gold star here. They established a group text with Stefen, the designer Gabby, our site manager and ourselves. Everyone was on the same page. We were also given a log in to follow along with the project selections and budget online. No surprises when it came time to cut a cheque. When challenges arose, we discussed the possible solutions together and Madison made it right, putting in the extra work when needed so we didn’t fall behind. The whole team is a real family and for a short while, we felt like we were part of this family. Everyone who entered our home, treated it like a home. We moved into the basement while work was being done and although it was not easy, Madison made it as painless as possible. They were in and done just a few weeks before our babe was born. We were sad to see them go, but that might have been hormones ;)

Stefan & team did a fantastic job re- modelling our condo kitchen within our budget and on schedule. They were easy to work with and willing to accommodate our sometimes ambiguous requirements. The contractors and staff demonstrated competency and professionalism in both their work and face-to-face interactions with us. We definitely recommend this company!

We recently purchased a 1970s estates home and reached out to Madison Builders Inc. for their professional opinion and guidance. We "thought" we purchased a home with good bones but needed experts to help us build our dream home. From assisting with making significant structural changes to the home (i.e. removing walls, etc.), floor plan design, to cabinet and material selection, Madison was there (Gabby, Stefan, Ray, and the team) around the clock. Professional trades provided recommendations throughout the process to help us realize the full extent of our investment. The only problem we have is that we have difficulty extending vacations, given the fact that we love our redeveloped home so much. 5 stars....

We had used Madison Builders Inc in early 2015 to provide us with some renovations on our newly purchased home. Madison was simply a pleasure to deal with. We had a 2 month old baby at the time, which provided complications with contractors and scheduling, but Madison made it so smooth it hardly felt like a challenge. The Madison team provided advise for design elements, and even did his and her custom closets, comparable to California Closets, at a huge cost savings to us. We would not hesitate in referring this company to any of our friends or family. Simply a wonderful, hard-working, family-oriented group.

We hired Madison Builders after buying a home in Calgary that needed extensive renovations. We looked at several other companies, but had heard so many horror stories of contractors , so were very picky in choosing who would take care of our renovation. We wanted to find a reliable, trustworthy company we could count on. Not only are Stefan and Gabby professional at all times, but they really care about their clients. They treated us like family, always trying to find great products and services at the best price without compromising quality. They were completely transparent about all costs, which we really appreciated. They only hired the most professional people to handle all elements of the renovation. Whenever things didn't quite go according to plan (which can always be expected in an extensive renovation), they did everything they could to come up with different options for us to choose from that would stay within our budget and criteria. Our home was completely transformed from outdated and compartmental to open-concept, modern and functional. We love it!
