The project started on time and the crew didn’t fall behind when our house presented some obstacles. Care was taken to keep us in the loop as we moved from the destruction phase to the construction and installation phases. (Debbie Mancini was the invisible but active partner.) Manco Construction has established relationships with a roster of professionals. These subcontractors share the same high standards for workmanship and communication. Manco Construction did an outstanding job with our recent window renovation project. Joe Sr. was diligent in ensuring we had all of the information required to make an appropriate decision about sizing and he spent a great deal of time communicating back and forth with us, while the specifications of the job was sorted out. The communications were always prompt and professional. While onsite, the crew were meticulous about room preparation and clean up and worked effectively to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner in the least disruptive way possible.
