Strongly do not recommend this contractor. I mistakenly didn't realize my building required an architectural submittal and had paid 50% of the job cost for exterior tile. After I personally submitted and obtained approval myself, Ramon refused to provide appropriate certificates of insurance to proceed with the job. What's worse, he also refused to refund me any of the money I paid him to do essentially nothing other than come here and take measurements. He didn't text back, strung me along while I hoped I hadn't lost half the money I sent him. Do yourself a favor and find someone who is professional, ethical; this is not Ramon Valencia. Thank you

This was an apartment building, they had regulations. It was a small job and he did not want to pay the extra. His money was returned in the end.
