Heard about Keri and her team from a friend that did a complete house gut and makeover turned out stunning. I wasn't sure how my small project of wanting to update/freshen up my living room and first floor would be handled. Keri and her team have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I have never felt that my project was too small for them. In every meeting, they listen, make suggestions and are flexible and I felt that our project was getting their full attention. Any questions that required immediate attention, Keri and her team were always available. As we wait for furniture to come in, I am excited to see the finished project come to life and enjoy our new space. I would definitely work with Margali & Flynn Designs in the future for any project large or small and highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with a design/construction team (because I've been afraid of all that comes with doing a major house project in the past!), and I think this experience with Margali and Flynn Designs was as good as it could be! Keri and her team were amazing with their vision, and the communication between all parties involved (cabinet making, electrician, plumbing, window treatments, carpet, furniture, you name it) was fantastic! All parties worked really well together and Keri was on top of everything, every step of the way! And the finished project- my newly renovated kitchen/dining room/ first floor of my house, looks so beautiful, I could stare at it all day! Fantastic team that works with your vision and creates great outcomes. Margali & Flynn helped design my living room and dining room several years ago. The rooms are still timeless and beautiful . I recently engaged them to redo a guest room The design colors and texture so wonderful that I decided to update the primary bedroom suite, convert an extra bedroom into home office. And of course I needed to refresh my den. Everything was easy to plan and design. And the color palate flows throughout the home. Every detail is thought through. Keri pays great attention to detail and is always responsive, flexible and extremely helpful in the decision-making process. I also love that she provides me with multiple color, fabric, wallpaper, furniture options, etc. to choose from in order to match my style. So far we have redecorated two bedrooms and an office, all of which came out beautiful. We began with small projects (carpet, paint, wallpaper) and progressed over the years to larger construction projects; enlarging garage, updating the exterior of the house with a new roof line and siding, updating the patio and backyard area. Keri and her team have been the best! Extremely patient and I could have not done this renovation without them, we did basically a full first floor re-do, including kitchens and bathrooms. They are with you every step of the way and take into account your tastes as well when creating the look you want. I would highly recommend and will continue to use M&F for all future projects.

We worked with Margali and Flynn to renovate our master bedroom, build a brand new office space in our attic and redesign our basement space, including adding a gym. We absolutely loved the results of everything! Our master bedroom has become a true sanctuary. Little did we know how vital a home gym and new home office would become this year! We really enjoyed working with Keri and Kim throughout the process - we were very hands on with every design decision we made and we certainly pushed the envelope in exploring options. They were very patient with us the entire way and ultimately we are very happy with the outcome. Neil and his construction crew were prompt, professional, neat and did the highest quality work. They definitely don’t cut corners. We were very happy with them while living through this project. All in all - there is a reason why Margali and Flynn is utilized by many homeowners on the North Shore - and it showed through in the work they did for us.

Keri was fantastic. We did a gut renovation of the first floor of our home which involved creating an open concept and moving our kitchen from the front to the back. Keri iterated on designs with us until we had it right, and her guidance on materials filled in the details. We sat in her office and meticulously reviewed options for each part of the project. She offered great recommendations, adapting to our personal style and preference. We also used her recommendations for all labor. Neil GC, Ed Cabinets, Joey Electric, Eddie Plumber and so on. All do exceptional work in a truly professional and respectful manner. Extra shout out to Neil who is easily the best contractor we’ve ever worked with.

Had a terrible experience. It was a total waste of time and money. They are very unprofessional and do not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely fashion. There were times when Keri forgot the appointments she had set up. Also they jack up the price on everything. They wanted to charge me three times the price for wallpaper and the installation. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

Loved working with the team. They made our renovation easy and minimized the stress of a big undertaking while we were working full time. The design and construction team were top notch, hard working and friendly and they made an effort to stay within budget. The renovation and interior decorating came out beautifully and we love living here. Highly recommend them.

Keri and her team are phenomenal. My husband and I hired Margali and Flynn for a massive project (new construction home). M&F made the project very smooth...they were always available to meet with me. Keri's taste is superb. She completely "got" my sense of style from the get go and made the process seamless. I never felt pressured or questioned to go down another route. Keri is very patient and would bend over backwards to make sure everything is picture perfect. Keri and her team of experienced, professional (and equally sweet & kind!) design pro's expertly navigated us through a complete gut renovation of a 4 bedroom home that had not been touched since the 70s. Keri guided us thoughtfully from the very outset of the project, from creating our optimal floor plan, to working with the architect, to getting our plans submitted and approved by the building department and ultimately acting as a project manger throughout our renovation. Her construction crew (including all the subs that we used via her connections) was beyond fantastic - the quality of their workmanship went far beyond our expectations and they were incredibly nice, honest, easy people to work with. Not to mention our project was finished on time! Keri helped us with all the material selection for our project, including tiles, plumbing fixtures, hardware, flooring, lighting... the list could go on and on. She also managed all the ordering/receiving of materials for us, which made the renovation process incredibly stress free on our end. Keri and the M&F team truly had our back from start to finish during the reno and we couldn't be more appreciative! Beyond managing our renovation, Keri and team helped us completely furnish the first floor of our house (family room, dining room, living room, kitchen). Keri's expertise in stylishly mixing and matching fabrics, wall coverings, furniture, light fixtures, etc. blew my mind! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Our home remains "our style," but looks 100x better than if we had attempted to furnish the home on our own. Best of all - Keri and her entire team are the nicest, most down-to-earth, awesome people to work with!! I hired Keri Flynn of Margali and Flynn Designs in order to help me design my new condo "from scratch". I loved working with her and her able and friendly staff. They were very receptive and respectful of my wishes and my budget. Frankly, even in my most optimistic thoughts i could not have imagined what a splendid job she would end up doing. She took into account SO many variables and had a vision for me - one that i, as a lay petson, could not always truly envision or follow visually. But soon i recognized that Keri had an impeccable taste, fresh and modern attitudes, and a keen interest in my happiness. Working with her was fun, comfortable, and easy. She is very detailed and misses not a single beat. I have lived in my fully designed condo now for about 2 years and i recently had to thank her again, not only for enabling me to show off my place with pride, not only for the numerous praises i get from visitors, but for something far more important - it fills me with joy, serenity, comfort and satisfaction each time i turn the key to get into my place.
