Trotter Building Designs, Inc. is an award winning progressive building design firm based in Manhattan Beach California. Established in 1997 by its president and CEO Mark Trotter, AIBD. Mark and his design team have been designing homes in the South Bay for over 25 years. Specializing in residential and commercial design with a design pallet ranging from traditional to contemporary. Each project is developed in response to the unique balance and collaboration between client, government agencies, consultants, developer, budget and site. Mark Trotter is native to southern California holding a professional status with the American Institute of Building Designs (www.aibdca.org) and is a Certified Green Building Professional.

We've had the pleasure of working with Mark Trotter on two projects. He came up with some fantastic floor plans and elevations for these projects and no doubt the houses will be even nicer when they're built. Over the years, he's developed and maintained very professional relationships with the staff in the South Bay cities, which has become invaluable when your project is going through the design approval process. He's flexible, responsive, and very responsible. If you want a design team who goes the extra mile to make sure your project is successful, hire Mark and his team. I recommend Trotter Building Design with no hesitation.
