Masters Touch Design Build

When we decided to remodel our kitchen we decided to get a couple estimates to compare prices and ideas on just how to change it up. Masters Touch had great ideas/vision right from the start. They were the only ones that really gave me ideas on how to change it, instead of coming in with very little ideas on how to change it. We tried to get a couple quotes, but Masters Touch was the only company to get right back to us, respond to my questions, respond to my emails. Whenever I needed information they responded - even if it was to tell me that they didn't have the information I needed but would get back to me......and they did!! We decided that this was the type of company we wanted to work with. It didn't matter if they other quotes were a little less expensive....the communication was a huge factor. Alex helped us design the kitchen. Her insight and ideas were wonderful. She always gave me her opinion, and reason, when we were choosing things - but not pushing any decision not to be my own. I love what she designed. Yoni was the foreman. He has a very calm, careing personality. There were many times I wanted something changed and was a little apprehensive to ask him, but he always listened and responded with fitness. When I had questions he always explained things telling me the how and why things were being done. He always let me know when he was coming and when he was not. I just can't say enough good things. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for a beautiful kitchen Masters Touch!

I had a kitchen wall opened up and walnut counter top and pantry added, a built in china cabinet moved, closet reconfigured, window added, ceiling redone and doorway opened up. From the first meeting with Doug, through the design process with Nancy and the work supervised by Jake and Steve , I was satisfied. The workmanship was excellent, on budget and on time. Theirs was not the lowest bid I received, but their professionalism, reliability and service was worth it. When there was a misunderstanding on the scope of the work, and it was not specified, in the contract they did what l had expected and I appreciated the extra effort. I would definitely use Masters Touch again and highly recommend them.

We chose Masters Touch for many reasons, but one was the personal way they treated us during our kitchen remodel. We had an excellent team to work with, from beginning to end they walked us through all the stages of our remodel. Our design team was excellent and had many great ideas for us to choose from. The foreman of the remodel was the best around , he was always easy to get when a question would come up. .I highly reccomend this very professional company, and we will be using them in the very near future for another project we have in mind.

We had a small kitchen with only a small amount of counter space. Masters Touch designed the most beautiful kitchen we could have imagined. They completely reconfigured the kitchen. We now have a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets. Masters Touch provided us with an excellent carpenter. His attention to detail was wonderful. The plumber and electrician that they gave us were also great. If it wasn't for Masters Touch we never would have been able to have our lovely kitchen. I highly recommend this company.

It's a pleasant experiences to work with Alex and Masters Touch team. They are very thorough, detail oriented, and more importantly, they do think from customer's point of view--this is very hard to do even if everyone say they would do that but not many people could actually do that. Alex made several crucial suggestions and sometime she insisted on doing those things and they were all turned out to be perfect. Very professional team!

We just had our kitchen remodeled by Master's Touch and we are thrilled with the end results. Doug Master's and his staff were awesome. Alex our designer was a pleasure to work with. She was enthusiastic and full of energy. She came up with ideas we never would have imagined. The entire crew from demolition, carpenters, plumbers, electricians etc. was wonderful. Very professional and always available to answers any questions and address all our concerns in a prompt manner. We were told it would take approx. 3 months to see the finished product but they had it done in 2 months. My father always said, “ When you get the very best, you will never be disappointed,” and that is just what I got when I had Masters Touch remodel my kitchen. Everything from the design to the completion was absolutely perfect. Working with the designer was easy and enjoyable. Many ideas were given and implemented. The demolition was, as expected messy, but every day was cleaned up by the crew. The installation team that installed the cabinets was terrific. Everything was perfectly leveled and squared. The electrical work was done neat and clean with lots of new outlets. The granite counter tops were installed with ease. The new floor was installed to perfection, along with the new black splash.
