I had a great experience with Motif Design Solutions. I did a full home remodel with all new furniture! The entire house all blends together room to room and the style is so unique. It’s timeless classic with a great design flair. Very unique and at the same time will last the test of time. The entire staff was great to work with and we all became very close over the 1 1/2 year project.

My spouse and I hired Motif to perform a whole house renovation on our Littleton ranch house. While my expectations were admittedly high (I mean look at their portfolio!), they still blew our expectations out of the water. I couldn't be happier with the home that they created for us. Jennifer is an exceptional listener who does a fabulous job of connecting with her clients' vision and harnessing her professional skills to bring that vision to life. Emily is a total gem with an incredible eye for design and ability to seamlessly weave different aesthetics into a dynamic space. Garrett, Jose, and Juan were an exceptional construction crew. Their attention to detail and the professionalism they exhibited in maintaining a flawlessly clean job site were impeccable. A big thanks to the Motif team for making this house our home.

MOTIF Design Solutions was instrumental in our main floor remodel! We were delighted to see how prompt and professional the crew was - showing up on time and working through the entire day! (I believe this might be a first in all of the contractors we've hired over the decades in Denver.) The team worked efficiently, covered all of the details, and left each day with their work space and tools tidied up. Jennifer was great in communicating the timeline and budget, and the project was seamless and quickly executed. We cannot wait to use MOTIF's services and talent again soon!

I have hired MOTIF several times over the past 10 years, on several projects, and have always been blown away. Whether I was flipping a house in Brighton on a super-tight budget, or finishing my own basement in Denver, to a revamp of a tired mountain cabin, every project I've sent them has finished on time, on budget and better than I expected. It's like they read my mind and delivered something I couldn't have described. Their background in architecture shines through, and I honestly believe Jennifer is a visionary in the design world. She sees trends emerging several years before the trade publications get to them, and it helps make their designs truly stand above the rest. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We went in and they listened, got to know us and created a design that fits with our taste and style but elevated it beyond our expectations. Our main floor was renovated with the main focus being on expanding and remodeling our kitchen. I cannot wait until we are able to work with Motif again.

The MOTIF design team is brilliant! They made decoration of my new home fun, and the price was affordable. I was quickly won over by Jennifer’s enthusiasm, creativity, technical expertise and attention to detail. She and her team carefully studied the architectural details of my house and took extra time to understand my style preferences in order to develop several beautiful, unique, and even mind-blowing design concepts for my entire house and patio. They also came up with thoughtful ways to incorporate my family’s antique furniture and artwork. Jennifer has extensive contacts in the design community and access to craftsmen, artists and suppliers throughout the country allowing for innumerable design options. I got frequent updates from the MOTIF team and was involved in all decisions, big and small. My new home décor is personalized, elegant, stunning and timeless. We chose Motif when we decided to renovate our master bedroom and bathroom because Jennifer offers what most construction contractors do not. Jennifer brings to the table her expertise and unique combination of skills - designer, general contractor and architecture expertise. Her vision for changing a space is incredible. Our master project was about a 1000 square foot space. It required moving and building walls, raising floors, new plumbing, electrical, sprinkler system changes, and window replacement. Jennifer master-minded the entire project and the final product is a brand-new, inventive, comfortable new living space. The colors, textures, and finishing touches are beyond our wildest expectations. We are now in the process of renovating our kitchen with Motif and we continue to be thrilled!

We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next!
