Working with Eddie and his team has been a great experience. They have designed an extensive remodel adding on to the front and back of our house. We’ve been able to virtually walk through our new home, which was exciting. He listens to our ideas and helps us with any concerns. My wife and I recently purchased a new house in San Gabriel and we wanted to convert our garage, which is attached to our guest house, into a home office. The city required architectural drawings for permit approvals, but our house being built in the 30's had no such blueprints. We were on a time crunch and reached out to several architectual firms in the area. Eddie, from NEO and associates was the first (and only) person to actually understand what the project was - he literally came out the same day and started looking at the project. The next day Eddie had his team come out to measure and the blue prints were ready to go in a matter of two days! He went above and beyond and has been a great asset in dealing with our difficult city officials in trying to get this project moving. Everyone from NEO and associates has been quick to respond, professional and extremely personal - I cannot recommend them enough. They are genuinely interested in your project - even a little project like mine, and they go to great lengths to make the process as smooth and comprehensible as possible. Eddie Osuch is the most unprofessional architect I have ever encountered! We were doing a addition to a house in Mt. Washington we had just bought and needed someone with expertise with the City of L.A. Eddie met my contractor at city hall in a nearby town and assured us he was familiar with and could handle the requirements for getting plans approved through L.A. After going back and forth with his contract, we finally agreed on the terms and signed. Then, out of the blue, Eddie quits the project 3 days before our meeting with the city! He didn't even have the courage to tell me personally or return any of my calls. Instead, he just sent me an email saying he decided dealing with the city was too hard and he didn't want to handle the project anymore. I have hired many architects and contractors in the past and have never, ever had such an unprofessional experience. Eddie, you should be ashamed of yourself. Update/Response for my previous review. Eddie, I don't know how you can claim I never hired you after we negotiated the terms of our contract over a span of several weeks and then, after we came to a final agreement, you asked me to come into your office on Huntington Drive to sign the contract and give you a check for the initial $2,000, both of which I did. If that's not a hire I don't know what is -- but I wish I had never hired you. My contractor and I wasted our time for weeks describing to you exactly what the scope of the project was and where we were with the city, and spent hours walking the property site with you not once but twice. You knew about the project meeting with the city over a month beforehand and assured me that you had done all the diligence you needed with my former architect, understood where the project stood, and could hit the ground running with the city due to your supposed city expertise. Then after you emailed me to quit 3 days before the city's meeting, you don't answer any calls or texts or emails, not even from my contractor. We don't hear one word from you for close to 2 months until you see my review last week, which you ask me to take down, the only explanation for leaving me in the lurch like that being because you got "spooked" by the work with the city. To now try to blame the client for the unprofessionalism of Neo & Associates defies both the facts and reason.

We couldn’t be happier with the entire Neo & Associates team! We had just bought our forever home and wanted to transform the one story to a two story home. We are thankful for Eddie and his team's professionalism, reliability and their modern technology to help us navigate the City and picky neighbors. They were attentive in our needs and produced a design that was us. In addition, the various 3D diagrams/floor plans and their use of the REVIT enabled us to envision/walk through the house before it is built! The team at Neo & Associates are the best. in the process of choosing an Architect to design our 10,000 SF Dream home on a hill side, we researched multiple Architectural firms and met five of them, after meeting with Edward from Neo and Associates it became clear to us that he is the right choice and we hired him for the job. Our first meeting with Edward and his team was to provide what we want in our house, they were very expert, knowledgeable and patient which made it easier for us to explain what we have in mind, Edward took our requests put it in a few design concept and presented it to us. During the design process Edward and his team were very responsive, always took our phone calls, responded to our emails and made any changes to plans very quickly. Their expert team provided us with many 3D views and VRs (Virtual Reality) of our new home to help us see how the house looks like on the outside and inside. Designing a large hose on a steep hill side is a very challenging task and the city was very strict, Neo and Associates was the right firm for this project. I want to add that Edward and his team have been very friendly, very easy to communicate with and made this process very enjoyable.

Eddie has been intimately involved in the planning process from pre-design through to plan checking. He stays on top of projects and finds ways to get things done. He was the best fit for our needs and budget. He was cost-conscious throughout the design process to ensure we stay within our construction budget

Eddie took us through the impossible permit process with Santa Monica. He was professional and prompt. His plans were conscise and perfect for what was needed with our 8 unit apartment. We are so looking forward to the finshed product. We would definitely reccommed him.

Highly recommended. I hired Eddie to design a sturdy and interesting reworking of my back yard deck and surrounding landscaping environment. His design was thoughtful and aesthetically appealing. Eddie has a pleasant and perceptive personality; he worked efficiently to accommodate the exact look and feel that I was trying to achieve, even when I was unsure of what I exactly wanted (it can be hard to articulate if architecture is not your field!), with plenty of suggestions in regards to design. Most importantly, Eddie went to bat for me when the city of Glendale shut down the project almost immediately after approving the plans due to sudden "soil report" requirements. It took several weeks of working with the city to modify and rework the plans to their satisfaction, and Eddie tenaciously made sure that the project would get back on track within the approved confines of the city's requirements!

I was initially impressed with Eddie's work ethic and drive when I hired him for our first design project. He has consistently demonstrated those qualities and is a valued member on our team. Eddie has provided creative design and well detailed plans on our projects. He also ensured that our clients were satisfied.
