I simply cannot say enough good things about New Leaf. I didn’t think it would be possible to finish the design and build process and love our builder, but Scott, Melissa, and the entire New Leaf crew proved me so very wrong! They were simply incredible! We have been living in it for almost a year as of this writing and we absolutely LOVE our new home!! They made the daunting task of designing and selecting materials for an entire house as easy as possible and truly fun. They made the build process enjoyable with high quality work, weekly status updates, easy access to a great project manager (who was actually a seasoned home builder himself with many years of building experience), and constant monitoring of quality and fixing or adjusting items in need - often before we even knew about them. Once we moved in, they have been very prompt in handling the few minor warranty issues that are bound to occur with any new home. Scott and Melissa have done an amazing job of scaling New Leaf up to the size that you get a truly 100% custom home with an entire end-to-end design and build team with volume purchasing power, but at the same time you get an incredibly personal touch and a dedicated project manager with many years of experience building your house. It’s the perfect sweet spot between the ‘one man show’ builder and the big national builder type. If you are considering a new build or major renovation, you definitely should talk to them!

I hired New Leaf to remodel my home. The owner, Scott Powell, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the business. He worked with me and made several great suggestions for my new kitchen layout and put me in touch with a great kitchen designer. He also provided me with ideas for the rest of the project which involved taking down and opening walls. Scott and his team sat down with me and thoroughly walked me through their process. The project manager, Kyle, provided me weekly updates of the work that was completed that week and what to expect in the upcoming week. The quality of the work was great and I have a home that I can enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend New Leaf Custom homes to anyone looking for quality and accountability.
