It has been my absolute pleasure to work with Laurie and her design and construction team at NVD. From the early planning stages to the finishing touches they went above and beyond. The contruction team was skilled, trustworthy and very tidy! Laurie has a naturally creative design eye combined with integrity and professionalism. While attentive to my concerns, she and her team managed to guide the design and decor direction to completion despite the challenges posed in sourcing materials during the pandemic. The kitchen/family room reno result was even better than I had envisioned. I will definitely work with NVD again!

We hired Laurie and her team for a complete house renovation that they finished earlier this year. They redesigned our home that had not been touched since the 1970's. Recently widowed, I sold my lifelong home and purchased a smaller one in a good location close to friends. Once I moved in I realized it was not what I imagined and in dire need of work. On the advice of a friend I contacted New View Designs and engaged them to do a full house renovation. They were able to offer me full design services along with the construction work which was invaluable since I did not know where to start. After a few initial meetings, the Design team redesigned my main living area, along with my master bedroom and main bathroom. The basement was also completely transformed along with major work on the exterior including New siding, roof, storage shed and an expanded deck. The Build team were great, and the work was done with quality and integrity. They found a major issue that should have been discovered upon inspection when the house was purchased, potentially saving me thousands of dollars and heartache. They were very accommodating and helpful in every aspect and although it was a difficult time in my life, they made the process easier. I will especially miss the guys on the build team, I enjoyed having them around.

We had a great experience with our home construction from beginning to end. The New View Designs construction was on time and diligent. we was most impressed with their commitment to customer service while quickly delivering a quality product on budget. I personally work as a professional engineer specializing in construction and know that the project is challenging in the winter. New View Designs was honest working with us on solutions to keep our budget in check. Overall I enjoyed their professional attitude and would work with them again.

After being on the market with other agents for a year, and myself personally having the property listed for another 8 months with few showings, I was able to convince my client to take the time to sit down and have a staging consult with Laurie and Mike from New View Designs. They talked and brainstormed about how we could move this property quicker.
