Niche ReDesign recently completed our kitchen, fireplace & powder room renovations. Working with Sylvia and her whole team during the renovation was a wonderful and stress free experience. They were professional and personal with our whole family, including our 2 dogs, throughout the entire project. We were amazed with how little disruption there was to our daily lives as we were living in our home throughout the project. The renovation was completed on time and on budget with exceptional attention to detail. We loved the design from conception through completion and we love it more everyday as we get to work in the kitchen and enjoy its improved functionality and appearance. We are already looking forward to our next project with Niche ReDesign!

Sylvia and her team are fantastic. They made a massive project seem possible and managed the challenges of working within an old house with ease. In November of 2022, we worked with Niche to redesign and complete the renovation of our home's kitchen and upper floor bathroom, including entirely replacing the flooring on our primary and upper levels. Sylvia was a creative master, a professional, and a dream to work with. Sylvia was highly communicative and consultative from the initial meeting and presentation of creative concepts to the execution of the reno. She was excellent at asking questions and providing answers that were both sound in design and practicality. When it came to the demolition and renovation of our home, we could see she had built excellent relationships with her capable and diligent trades team (we loved all those we interacted with), who went to great lengths to complete our reno - with zero issues - in a short window of time. Our large-scale renovation was completed in just 18 days - and remarkably - was on budget and ahead of schedule. Niche ReDesign came highly recommended by several people, with all of them having the same wonderful experience. We are delighted with the result of our renovation (and a year later, we haven't had a single issue). We couldn't be happier with the creative and practical design concepts executed beautifully - with no surprises. We are very happy with the results and the whole experience. We couldn't believe how quickly it all happened! Everyone on Sylvia's team was professional and considerate. We appreciated that she was so mindful of our budget without making us feel like we had to worry about our budget. Sylvia and her team came in to design and reno my kitchen/entrance way. Wow! They were amazing. I have done many renos myself and so while I am flexible, I still expect a lot and no BS. The project was spectacular from start to finish. Great ideas, great solutions, any issues were fixed quickly and professionally. Project was under time and under budget! I had heard of Niche from a few different friends who had their places redone by the team and they were happy. I was so skeptical. Few reno teams even have the skills, let alone the time or desire to do things well. I recommend Niche reDesign to all you skeptics out there so you can have a great experience!

We are so happy with our new main floor and ensuite created by Sylvia and her team! When we decided we were ready to tackle a large renovation we approached Sylvia as she had done two smaller projects for us--the first one being way back in 2016. I knew I could trust Sylvia with an efficient timeline, great design ideas, and meticulous follow through. I was not disappointed and the final project was better than what I had even envisioned. Sylvia was patient and a great help when I needed to make decisions (something I am not good at when it comes to home renos). Sylvia, Brent, and the whole team at Niche did an incredible job on our recent renovation. We were on a bit of a time crunch, but Sylvia moved mountains to get everything coordinated and finished extraordinarily quickly! I know people who have spent upwards of a year renovating their kitchen… we did our kitchen, ensuite, flooring, and full paint job in just a few weeks. Everyone Sylvia brought into our house was friendly and professional, which made us very comfortable with the entire process. Sylvia always responded promptly to all communication and was very clear about what was going to be done and when. More importantly though, through consistent communication we truly felt like she cared for us and wanted to ensure that we got the best bang for our buck. She’s not about cutting corners regarding quality, but she did present several options that allowed us to decide where we should splurge and where we could save. We came in under budget, which was a lovely surprise, and she suggested a few other things we could do to really take our reno to the next level. Overall, we had a great experience with Niche and would absolutely recommend Sylvia and her team to anyone considering a renovation. I’d trust this woman with my life… you can trust her with your home!

From the moment I connect with Sylvia I knew that I had chosen the right person to reno our ensuite. We very much enjoyed working with Sylvia and we are happy that we chose her company to work with on our kitchen renovation. She is professional, pushed back when needed, and always had budget in mind. This was much appreciated as these projects can get out of hand in a hurry. We did go over our original budget however not without our conscience (Sylvia) saying “are you sure…”. We absolutely love the space. It’s surreal how much it has changed and how good it makes us feel. Sylvia helped us realize this. We highly recommend her!
