We have been in our home for a week now and not a day goes by without me noticing the amazing details accomplished under the supervision and detailed workmanship of Wily Addis - our assigned supervisor. The finishing work is truly beautiful. Noble Heritage Builders can be proud of the results. Wily, himself, is a true professional in his work and ability to work with. Doug Noble was always available to face any issue or problem, and quickly set about to remedy when needed. Randy was involved in a lot of the ordering and timeliness of products, staying abreast of each phase of the project. Then I would be remiss to not mention Dez and Jeannie who are tackling all the paper trails, book-keeping and appointments. It was such a great team. One gets honesty, integrity, ability to tackle and solve problems, excellent workmanship, with many professional sub contractors. Ours was a home started during the Pandemic when there were escalating prices, shortages both of products and personnel. All of this, Doug took in his stride very successfully. We are beyond thrilled with the home delivered to us. It actually was a pleasure to go through this building process with Wily and Doug and Randy, due to the competence, care, thoughtfulness and expertise offered by Noble Heritage Builders. Doug and his crew built our beautiful 6000 sqft Santa Fe style house in the Verde Villages community. We selected Noble Heritage as our builder after interviewing a short list of local builders; we liked Doug right away, and felt he would be easy to work with ... which proved right! He and his crew were professional and skilled. They made thing right. Our design presented more than a few challenges, but they were all satisfactorily addressed. Doug was always open to suggestions, and several times made recommendations that helped reduce our costs or enhanced the look and/or functionality of our space. He was patient with our many questions and hands-on involvement. He delivered on-budget. His crew is skilled and professional, and always good to work with. I have recommended Noble Heritage to individuals thinking about their own custom home, and will continue to do so.

This is the 3rd house my wife and I have built from start to finish. I am disappointed there were only 5 stars because I would have picked 6. The quality and finishes were impressive. Not one painting or dry wall touch-up . The quality of all appliances, fixtures, hardware and lighting are top of the line and in most cases "made in America". The high end vinyl floor is amazing. We put hardwood in our last house and what a problem. The style and design is so up to date that almost every night I say to my wife " when the owners of this house come back they are going to have to chase us out" Ha! I was also impressed with the hot water recirculating system , the fire sprinklers, and the spray foam under the roof. I also noticed that the slab has rebar which our last house did not have and cracks popped the ceramic tile. The builder foreman also scheduled three follow-up walk throughs to fix if some thing comes up over the first year. I have the feeling they really care about their product and clients. One last thing it was completed on time to the day .

We used Noble Heritage Builders for a remodel in 2012 which was an excellent experience. We recently suffered water damage to our flooring and without hesitation Doug said he’d take care of us! His crew was wonderful to have in our home, respectful of our space, clean, hardworking and had great attention to detail. It was all seamless and stress free! We are so happy with the finished product!

Before my house was even started I was told that Doug Noble is an awesome builder using quality material throughout the construction. Later at the VFW Hall was told the same thing so felt good about my house. After I finally moved to Cottonwood and would go by my house being constructed, you could see the material used and workmanship by the crews. House was finished on time and inspected with very few problems which were taken care of. I'm very comfortable with my house and the colors that I choose.

In 2018 we interviewed a number of contractors before selecting Noble Heritage Builders (Noble). Doug Noble was very thorough in answering our questions and giving us a detailed bid based on those discussions and the architect’s plans. Before they ever started construction, Doug worked with the architect and structural engineer to modify the foundation concept that saved ten’s of thousand dollars. Noble also worked diligently with Yavapai County to obtain the building permit in a timely manner. During construction Noble did an excellent job in scheduling their work and that of other tradesmen and subcontractors. They kept us informed regarding construction progress and gave us ample time for making product selections. During the final phases of the work Noble paid careful attention to finish and installation details and was a great help in getting all the new appliances that fit in our space. Doug and Dez of Noble Heritage Builders are the best in The Verde Valley. When we moved to Cottonwood we were set on building our home on our own. It didn’t take long before we realized that is was too big of a project for us. Doug Noble stepped right in and took the reins for us. He answered a million questions for us , then he answered them again. His carpenters and framing crew are the best in the business. Their attention to detail is first class. All of the other trades that he uses are amazing. Their follow up for everything that we needed was perfect. We were always included in decisions and changes that happened along the way. We were able to move in on time as promised, of all times, Christmas Eve. It was the best Christmas ever. After spending almost six months looking for a house in the Cottonwood, Arizona area, I found a model built by Nobel Heritage. The nine foot ceilings, 2x6 studs, interior wall insulation, and other amenities were included in the price. The builder was easy to work with as far as changes or additions that I wanted to make. I did upgrade the kitchen appliances. I had a variety of choices for tile, granite, lights, etc. that did not affect the cost. These are the big things that one would expect. What is great about this builder are the little things. The time they take when I had questions about different things. They always listened to my concerns and worked out everything to my satisfaction. As the house was being framed out I came to the site, I stood where the kitchen window would be and could not see the backyard because the window sill was higher than I realized it would be. I called Doug Nobel and said, “I can’t see my yard through the window, it’s too high”. He said he would take care of it. When I came back the window was framed perfectly to view my yard. Everyone connected with Nobel Heritage has been conscientious about getting things right. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Noble Heritage Builders recently completed extending my patio and roof and created an entry foyer where I previously had none. Working with Wiley and Jimmy was a delight. They worked every day, all day (unless it rained) until the project was completed-no leaving to tend to other projects. Doug (the owner) checked in on the site every day to make sure everything was going well and on-track. The workmanship and professionalism was top notch. All in all, a great experience! Working with Noble Heritage Builders (NHB) was an excellent choice when we decided to build our dream home in Sedona. NHB is locally owned and operated and they take great pride in their work. Doug Noble is a man of his word and when Doug says he is going to do something he does it. He is a very good communicator and was always proactive in communicating progress on the construction. The craftsmen that works with NHB are very experienced, conscientious and have very good attention to detail. The build site was cleaned up at the end of every day and was immaculate. The materials used to build the house were high quality with a local flavor. As with any build endeavor there were issues, and NBH was open and honest about the issues and took care of them head on. After the house was completed, NHB was very attentive to any follow up issue that came up and addressed them very quickly. Doug Noble always has a positive "can do" attitude which took a lot of the stress away from the project and made working with him and his team a pleasure.

The result is a comfortable, very well built, very tight home that I love and appreciate every day. We are thrilled with Noble Heritage Builders' remodeling of our two bathrooms! One of my designs purposely reflected Sedona's enchanting Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village. The original owner of our house was the man who created that wonderful place. All I can say is, if his spirit walks our halls, he must be as happy as we are! Noble Heritage Builders turned color-pencil concepts on paper into a dazzling reality. The craftsmanship of our custom cabinetry, the intricate tile installation, the artistic faux-finish gracing our walls - Noble coordinated the best and the brightest to accomplish every aspect of my concept. We continue to be wowed every time we step inside both rooms. We can only imagine what he does when building from the ground up.

When we made the decision to remodel our vacation home in the Verde Valley, we knew we would need a reliable general contractor from the area since we would only be visiting the reconstruction site periodically, and the project would involve significant structural changes. After researching the state registrar's of contractors records for a contractor who had good references, we contacted Doug Noble for an onsite interview and review of our project. We rewarded him the contract. We couldn't have made a better choice. Doug's knowledge of the local vendors and craftsmen resulted in the finished product we had hoped for and in some cases, exceeded our expectations. Doug also did all of the coordination for the delivery and installation for the custom-product vendors that I had ordered from the Phoenix area. Monthly billings were accurate and represented the completed work for each billing period. Doug fully met the requirements of our construction contract. The result of his work is a home in which we are proud and happy to invite our friends and family. Everyone comments on how "beautiful" it is. We're just happy to call it home. .

Hello, Noble Heritage Builders remodeled our Sedona home for us, while we were living in New Mexico. The remodel included new electrical, plumbing, drywall, bath and kitchen fixtures, cabinets, counter tops, sinks, appliances, light fixtures, hand wrought iron staircase, stone floors, stone fireplaces, and much more. Doug and Dez worked with our architect Don Woods, and made many thoughtful changes that improved our home. They even took care of our newly planted trees. Our project took well over a year, and throughout that time we communicated by phone and e-mail, photos, and a few trips from Santa Fe to Sedona. The entire project went very smoothly, and we eventually ,moved into our finished home.
