Karl and his team worked with us to design and remodel our kitchen in a way that turned our family room, kitchen and dining room into a stunning space and made the kitchen much more inviting and functional. Everyone we worked with, from the initial design discussions through the final acceptance, was extremely professional, friendly, and readily available. We had a good working relationship that assured any questions that arose were addressed quickly. Norsk uses an on-line tool to manage project selections and costs, which provides real-time visibility over project status and costs, and helped to ensure the project was completed on-schedule and on-budget.

We chose Norsk Design-Build to remodel our master bath after reviewing several other companies. They were not the cheapest bid we received, but turned out to be the best value in the long run. They stand behind their work and make good any glitches, even to their financial detriment. They were great to work with, and their crew was polite and tidy. Our foreman, Chris Buscher, was quick to return calls and a pleasure to know. I have had the honor of working with Norsk for many years. I first met Karl and his father Per back in the mid-nineties. Their current team is truly outstanding. As a sub-contractor supplying cabinetry, it is a pleasure to work with everyone at Norsk. Karl Dropping and his Norsk team just completed our third project and it is outstanding as always! They transformed the entryway and second floor to update our home. The entryway was opened up with a contemporary custom-designed steel stair railing with a cherry wood cap, modern lighting and a sleek fan. The den went from a dark cramped room to a bright and inviting place to work. They brought our guest bath into the 21st century with a new tub/shower, modern cabinets and fixtures, quartzite counters and contemporary tile and lighting. The three bedrooms were restructured to provide more space, new closets and improved door placement. The craftsmanship is excellent. The project schedule and budget were transparent through the use of their easy to use online tool. The Norsk people really make all the difference. They listened to our needs. They were knowledgeable, professional, and most important of all, the team has always treated our project like it was their own home. Overall we are extremely pleased and can't wait for the start of our fourth Norsk project soon.

We hired NORSK to do a complete master bath remodel and install hardwoods in our living room. 2 years ago, I selected Norsk over half a dozen other design/build firms. I was looking for a firm that knew what they were doing. My selection process had them and the other firms I was considering solve for some of the design and build challenges I was anticipating. Having designed 3-4 hours prior, I knew what to look for in their responses. Karl and his team came up on top with a reasonable, though not the lowest bid. What was most important was they were clear on what was included. The scope was a whole house stud to stud remodel including some structural foundation reinforcements of a 3000 sq ft mid-century. The project was not without it's bumps and challenges - some caused by subcontractors, some of their own and just as many from me in terms of design changes and new ideas that crept up along the way. What was most important was that in every case, their follow up and resolution was excellent. I would certainly consider them again for future projects.
