We contracted Northland Construction to do a large remodel/add on project for us. In the last 45 years we have built 5 homes and done numerous remodels with several other contractors , none of which can hold a candle to Northland. Our experience with Northland was exceptional! They brought the project in on time, within budget and exceeded our expectations in quality and workmanship. We could not be happier with their performance, always available to answer questions, offer suggestions ...they really cared about our project!!! We would absolutely use them again and strongly recommend them to our friends and relatives...

Northland Construction remodeled our lake home. They were professional at all times, always helpful, and they made themselves available to answer questions at any time. They used quality materials and excellent subcontractors. We were out of state during construction, and they kept us informed of the progress on the remodel. We were very confident in there workmanship and ability to complete the project on time. I highly recommend Northland Construction to anyone building or remodeling a home.

We were impressed with all of the staff we came in contact with. From the original design to the final finishing touches, we are extremely satisfied with the results. Kudos go out to the construction crew and Jeremy, Jim Schuett and Annette O'Brien. They were wonderful to work with. They kept us informed and got back to us promptly if we had questions or concerns. We would use this construction company again.
