My wife and I found Jim's spec house online and instantly fell in love. We came on board with plenty of time to pick most of the finishes, but even what we did not get to pick, we couldn't be happier. Jim was a dream to work with, and made the whole process easy and pleasant. I recommend Jim and Oak Leaf Custom Homes to everyone I know considering building a home. We purchased a spec home from Oak Leaf Custom Homes this past September. When we were looking to relocate to the Oklahoma City area, we had decided to completely change our style of home from Traditional to Modern/Contemporary. We first saw Jim's house online and knew it was the house for us. And while our real estate agent kept showing us Traditional houses with a Contemporary flair, we kept coming back to the Oak Leaf Custom Home we saw online. The only thing keeping me from rating this with 5-stars is that there were some subcontractor issues that I would have recommended handling before they became irreparable (one very crooked floor vent, tile that was not level when installed. And although the tile company has come back and tried to fix selected tiles, there are still many that are not level.) Despite those few issues, we absolutely love our home and working with Jim, Julie and Oak Leaf CH'S has been very easy. Our home has a one-year warranty and with new homes, there are little tweaks and adjustments that need to be made. This company is always on top of everything. We are completely satisfied with the level of service we continue to receive and would recommend Oak Leaf Custom Homes in a minute.

My husband and I worked with Jim Greene of Oak Leaf Custom Homes to build our home in 2013. We met with several other builders before starting the project but Jim's personable and honest approach were what made us choose him. We were impressed with the subcontractors Jim used and found their work to be of much higher quality than the other houses going up in the area. When we had questions along the way, or wanted to make last-minute changes, Jim was willing to do all he could to accommodate. As with any house-building process, there were some bumps along the way, but we always felt comfortable going to Jim to express any concerns and were confident he would take care of them. Jim has also continued to work with us on addressing the few additional issues that have come up since we moved into our home.
