I worked in construction contract administration for 25 years and have seen lots of construction. I can truly say that my home was constructed with top notch materials and the craftsmanship is excellent. Oak Tree Homes management supervised their subcontractors closely to insure quality work. Their attention to detail on finishes was exceptional. They were exceptionally creative and made suggestions that enabled us to get exactly what we wanted in our new house and yet avoid costly mistakes. 3 GC's & 3 house plans later, Oak Tree Homes came to the rescue. We met with Mike & Dan every Friday for the first 2-3 months (Design Stage). We've never built a house before ... with that being our starting point Dan took off and guided us through the process with humor and logic. Oak Tree Homes completed a remodel and addition onto our old farm house (built in the 1800's). We also had them draw up a recommendation/design, which was different (and much better) than our original thoughts. Dan and all of his employees were very easy to work with, approached the project with organization and detail, and overall we were very happy with the project from start to finish. They promised to complete our project quickly, and stuck to that promise. We would recommend them and have them do work again!
