The team of Marwan and Pakinam of Ocean Drive Designs completely renovated our dark, cramped, and outdated kitchen/dining area into a modern and elegant space, greatly improving not only the aesthetics, but also the functionality that exceeded expectations. The end result is very impressive! But to fully appreciate how Ocean Drive Designs’ approach to their work philosophy, it needed to start during initial consultation. Marwan carefully listened to our desires and instantaneously provided feedback to how the final product would look like and solutions to potential problems including estimated pricing and duration of the project. Marwan and his crew worked recently on my kitchen remodel .we previously had tiled counters and also tiled floors and wood /walnut finish cabinets .at first Marwan and Paki ( designer) helped us pick out the colors of the cabinets, tiles and counters., pantry design, door design and flooring patterns. and island counter styles. We chose white, as we felt it gave the kitchen s a cool and clean modern look .The demolition was fairly painless, as the usual precautions of professionally cordoning off the living spaces was taken. Like an orchestra, with different instruments , the next events followed one by one. The design of the Cambria quartz for the counters was accomplished, after several trips to Arizona tile etc. , but really after a landmark visit to "The king of stone " The plumbing of the sink was done next by another team followed by cabinetry .At every stage Marwan checked in with us and made sure that the workers were working according to the plan. One challenge for us in an Indian household was bending down every time to pull out heavy pots and pans from the cabinet .This problem was resolved by pull out shelves which glided out effortlessly revealing the pots without too much bending etc. When the island was installed Marwan stood in the kitchen and conceptualized 2 people working simultaneously with their backs to each other yet leave room for people to work together On our lighting wish list were canned lights and some pendant lights just above our new gigantic island ,the dimmer switch was a bonus as was the sequential lighting meant for more noisy gatherings vs intimate settings. If ever we did not like the workers behaviors ,management took action rapidly ,as they believe implicitly in customer satisfaction. The pantry previously was overstuffed and very disorganized. As we ran through some workable ideas and put it next on our wish list , we shopped the look of one pantry for our design and the result was stylish shelving from the container stores and like grouping of pantry staples. Privacy doors for the pantry too, one of our must haves came out nicely with opaque ( for privacy) tinting . we did have some delays due to non arrival of some kitchen appliances due to Covid reasons. Every time Marwan etc., went with the flow ,and explained these delays to us. in fact they even helped us by going to showrooms for the faucets and appliances or helping us order on line . The ocean drive design team strives to provide a high end ,but intimate experience, with their work, and deliver accurate design professionally. and on point.

I have to share my experiences with you all ! We are so happy with Ocean drive designs and their work that we are having them design and remodel another one of our properties. We hope to continue to use their services in the future as well. We were so pleased with the process of the work. The high attention to details during the work and especially at the final job turn out to be an amazing result. My husband & I researched various local design-build contractors before selecting Ocean Drive designs. Our initial interview with Paki sold us on the integrity of the company and personnel. The design process was super smooth even with our limited budget. Yet in the end Paki delivered designs that fully met our needs. It's difficult to place into words the outstanding oversight provided by Chris the Project Manager. Chris was totally on top of daily work activity vs. schedule while maintaining visibility of all required inspections. Schedule and budget were maintained as per projections. All subcontractors were terrific! Special mention to Zack and his terrific team! Also special mention to The Tile Guys (Mike) and his artistic crew. All visitors to our home comment on the beautiful marble floor which Mike's team laid out and installed. Thank you Ocean drive designs! Great job guys !!

I highly recommend Marwan and Ocean Drive designs. He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things.
