Love ONE eleven! Very professional, great communication and efficient even with all the covid shut down issues we dealt with during our project.

Highest level of professionalism from Eddie and Julie. They responded to our every concern in a timely fashion. Our kitchen was completed on schedule and it is a beautiful, comfortable, functional upgrade to our home. Julie, Eddie, Mike, John, Cameron and the entire team at One Eleven help to make dreams come true. We had a major remodel that was being mismanaged by another firm and One Eleven stepped in to pick up the pieces. The communication with the team was constant and ongoing. They were flexible when I changed my mind :) about meaningful elements and often took my vision and made it so much better. We've lived in several houses now and this is the first one where we immediately felt at home. If I could give them 10 stars on here, I would. Anyone considering a big project should call One Eleven.

We hired One eleven ltd. to do a full home remodel of our 20-year old home. We needed universal design to accommodate my husband, who uses a wheelchair, and my own limitations in reaching overhead. We wanted our home to allow freedom of movement and full accessibility for both of us. We also wanted the home to be light, airy and spacious. We felt openness and light would make our lives feel more expansive and would compensate a bit for our limitations. From the early design phases we knew we had the right contractor. One eleven took accessibility into account in ways we never would have thought of, and their design sensibility dovetailed perfectly with ours. Because accessibility was an inherent part of the design rather than an afterthought, the accessibility features do not stand out. In fact, they add to the beauty of the home rather than detract from it. We are beyond delighted with the results of the project — it is better than what we dreamed of in every way. We have full accessibility and a stunning home that takes maximum advantage of expansive exterior views. The husband-wife team that owns One eleven ltd. is talented, skilled and highly professional -- and they are also wonderfully compassionate people. During the project they communicated well and often. There were no budget over-runs, no last minute emergencies, no messes, no surprises. My husband’s recent disability had turned our lives upside down and created challenges we never expected to deal with. One eleven was a dream to work with from start to finish, and the home they made for us has gone a long, long way in restoring balance and making our lives better and richer.

I found the workers to be very professional and courteous. They worked hard and communicated with us almost daily on their progress. When we needed additional work done, they let us know what it might entail and the cost. They finished the project on time and were on budget. My walk in shower has brightened my bathroom and made my life easier and safer. I would highly recommend ONE eleven.

Eddie & Julie did a fantastic job on our gorgeous remodel! They were referred to us through Jill with Inside Style and we are so happy we chose them. Our remodel wasn't the easiest job. They fully remodeled many rooms in our home and replaced french doors with windows on both sides of our front door. We have stone on the exterior of our home they had to match with the rest of the house and create a mirror image on each side of the front door to make it look like it was meant to be and they succeeded. It was difficult and very tedious but they were very professional through the entire process. The brand new kitchen, dining room, family room, bathrooms, our beautiful floors, everything was just stunning! Cameron is a hard worker and you can tell he and Eddie have a solid professional relationship. I can't say enough good things about them and the finished product. I will undeniably recommend them to anyone looking for a professional builder team.
