One Sky Homes is dedicated to High Performance Living. We are a Design + Build firm focussed exclusively on creating the healthiest, most comfortable and energy efficient homes in the SF Bay Area. Our award-winning work has been recognized locally, nationally and internationally. We built the first Certified Net Zero Energy new home in California and received the 2014 US Department of Energy Grand Prize Award in the Custom Builder category. I purchase the property built by the company
The one thing I most appreciate the folks at One Sky Homes is their thoughtfulness the design and execution of the NZE Home project. They don't just focus on pushing the technology envelope in achieving the net-zero energy goal. A great deal of care has been given to occupant comfort. The house is simply very comfortable and functional.

Commented: Tub dimensions? Love it!roughly 4ft x 4ft as I recall. search japanese soaking tubs and you will find hundreds of options.

Commented: The sinks...what make and name are they?The sinks are from Kohler. Not sure what the model name is. There are loads of different vessel sinks in simple white enamel finish.

Commented: What color is the cabinet stain?The cabinets are made with premium, color-matched (no white sap wood visible) cherry. The finish is clear, water-based lacquer. No stain, just beautiful wood with a clear satin finish.
