We had an incredible experience working with Owen Homes. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They always took the time to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. No matter how many times we said, “Wait, can you explain that one more time?” they were patient, kind, and willing to walk us through every detail. Whether it was making tweaks here and there or providing insightful input they were always willing to listen and offer their advice when asked. They truly did everything they could to make sure our vision came to life, paying attention to every detail and making us feel valued throughout the process. The team was professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in making our dream home a reality. Honestly, working with Owen Homes was such a fun and positive experience it is hard to imagine not ever doing it again even though this is our forever home. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new home and highly recommend them to anyone looking to build with confidence and a few good laughs along the way! The Owen Homes team is AMAZING! They have the custom home building process down to a science. They keep the Buyer in the forefront at all times, ensuring the are building a HOME, not just a house. The attention to detail and communication is phenomenal. They buyers are encouraged to be a big part of the project. Their design ideas are truly creative and they look at the entire picture and anticipate challenges in the beginning rather than waiting until something becomes an issue. As an agent assisting buyers, I can't say enough good things. More importantly, the buyers had just as many good things to say. From start to finish of building my home, Owen Homes did an amazing job. Everyone we worked with through the building experience was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Owen Homes built our home (finished in 2017) and finished our basement (finished end of 2020), and we have been very happy with everything. They are so helpful and professional, and we appreciate their availability for questions and general assistance when we have needed it. Great family oriented company. We would work with the Owens team whenever possible in the future.

Our entire experience with Owen Homes truly has been a positive one. We are not only happy with the final product (we think our home is beautiful!) but we also had an incredibly positive building experience. While life has happened along the way causing some bumps and mishaps, Luke and his team have gone out of their way to not only make things right, but also to make sure we are happy and taken care of. We really can't say enough good things about De Andre, Soren, Charielle and Luke and the ways they have responded to our needs and concerns every step of the way.

Highly Recommend Owen Homes. They just finished our 3 season room with a deck addition. Professional from start to finish. Our neighbor who watched the build was surprised how quickly the project came to a finish. I want everyone to know that Luke Owen and team went above and beyond to complete our church addition for us at Liberty Church of the Nazarene. The project was on budget and completed early. I am overall happy with the job Owen Home's did. They are a trustworthy company with good employees and it is comforting to know you can count on a company to get your project completed. A project manager is with you from the start and it really takes the stress off of the decision making process.

Owen Homes exceeded our expectations. They were upfront, clear, and timely. They were respectful, responsible, and thorough. We are so pleased with the excavation, concrete work, beautiful cedar carport and breezeway addition they designed and built. We could not be happier with the end product.

Owen Homes did a very good job on the design for the project. The remodel included moving a wall and relocating sewer pipes. They scheduled the job and followed it closely. They also assigned a project manager who kept the project moving, and was attentive to details The finished bathroom is beautiful. The project was in budget and we are very pleased.

Listens to our ideas and follows up promptly. Always professional and friendly. Has a great deal of experience, and adds ideas for you to consider. Has competent project manager and designers with which to work.
