Parkwood Homes

We LOVE our Parkwood! The home is solid, beautiful, and has tons of premium finishes as standard that for most builders would be sizable upgrades. It just feels like home and the craftsmanship shows that the home was not built in a 'factory' mindset but with attention to detail. The home builder is semi custom which means you can pretty much do anything to make the perfect home for you. This is a huge difference from other builders who give you very few choices. As for the team down in Sterling Ranch they went out of their way beyond what was required to build the home we wanted. We did a lot of custom things to the home and they worked with us to make sure they were to our expectations. Any errors in the build process were addressed without any hesitation. They put the home buyer first and view things from your perspective while still balancing that with running operations as a business. Be aware that to get this kind of home it takes longer. It was worth the wait!

Our experience with Parkwood has been outstanding so far. Ashley (Beacon Hill sales) has been phenomenal - giving us timely, detailed information and answering any of our odd questions :) Each of the contractors (landscaping, low-voltage, appliances, cabinets, etc) have been easy to schedule, work with and they have great creative ideas. I can't wait to live in our beautiful Parkwood!

I contracted and purchased a home from Parkwood Homes in June 2015. I have closed on many properties over the years, and the level of professionalism that Parkwood Homes has shown is outstanding. From Ashley at the sales office, to Sam (the best super there is), my experience was very positive. I really appreciated that they allow buyers to customize their homes in many more ways than other builders that I looked at. The owner of Parkwood's desire to build a home that is architecturally consistent with the historical homes that provided inspiration is very much appreciated. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience and I really love my new home.
