I hired Pewter to transform my very claustrophobic bungalow into a welcoming open concept. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Where do i start? Dave and Jason & Gino are highly skilled and professional. They promised me my reno would be down a certain time at a certain budget. They delivered ! With exceptional craftsmanship. If you wanna get your reno done properly and right the first time these are you're guys. I interviewed other contractors. But prov-state won my business by ensuring me it would be done the right way no short cuts. Seriously if your looking to get some renovations done you won't be disappointed with the thoroughness and great customer service they offer. Prov-State recently renovated our Glen Abbey, Oakville home, taking an old and tired house and turning it into a truly new and modern one. The renovation, which took approximately four months involved inserting two large steel beams where walls had been removed from the kitchen interleading to the dining room and from the dining room into the family room, creating an open space environment throughout. The dated pop corn ceilings throughout were removed and new trim, baseboards, crown moulding interior doors were installed. New hardwood flooring was installed throughout the home. The staircase was stained and painted with new railings. We also put in a brand-new kitchen, with matching cabinetry flanking an updated fireplace. With the normal unknowns that can arise during any renovation, David, Gino, MaryEllen and Jason succeeded in completing the renovation pretty much on time. The initial quote provided by David was very detailed and professional, and by our not having any scope changes we were able to come in on budget. We would certainly recommend using Prov-State.

Prov-State Construction recently completed construction on 2 outstanding episodes of Property Brothers: Buying + Selling. Their team worked closely with Jonathan Scott to execute complex renos in record speed and delivered truly incredible befores/afters. The quality of their workmanship is impressive and their ability to roll with the punches and communicate effectively helped us deliver our renovations on time and on budget. Thanks to David, Jason, MaryEllen and Gino to coming on board and making the impossible...possible. We would most certainly hire Prov-State again for any future Property Brothers projects in Toronto/GTA.

If you want everything to start falling a part 1 year after your Reno, and to find and endless list of little surprises where poor work was able to hide for a bit. Our front railing broke when my mother in-law was walking down the stairs, the company who fixed it showed how it was incorrectly installed. Our in-floor heating stopped working 14 months after installation and my calls / emails to led to inaction on their behalf, I’ve discovered that cement from the kitchen floor installation had sprayed all over parts of my furnace room and were poorly cleaned up, the front door has to be re-hung, the new handle on my bathroom door was never properly installed (crooked and loose) ... the list goes on and on. DO NOT HIRE THEM AND IF YOU HAVE I HOPE YOUR RENOVATION DOESN’T START TO FALL APART 12 MONTHS LATER, but I have a feeling it will.

Prov-state construction renovated our 1970's condo and brought it to the 21st century. Dave Imbrogno design and attention to detail was a pleasure to see completed. Thanks to all the family of Prov State for giving us a home to be proud of.

We hired Prov-State for our basement project. We went from an unfinished basement to a beautifully finished basement that included a very large recreation room, a billard's room, a bedroom and full bathroom. I used Prov-state to renovate my downtown Toronto condo kitchen almost two years ago. It's an exceptional family run business. They're very easy to work with and accommodating, everyone is incredibly nice. The quality of their work is absolutely excellent and I've had no problems or worries since. Would highly recommend them, would definitely use them again.

We downsized from a 3000 square foot home to an 1800 square foot condo and hired Prov-State to renovate our condo to make it feel like home. Their design expertise was second to none and their work was impeccable. They made sure they adhered to all of the strict condo rules. They turned an ordinary decor into a "glamorous" place we now are very proud to call home. They were also able to incorporate a lot of storage so we wouldn't miss the space we had previously. They had done work for us previously in our home and did not think twice on who to call when we were ready to make this move. I would recommend them in an instant.

My husband and I used this company about 2 years again to renovate the first floor of our home. Since that time, I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors m any times. Our spring renovation was amazing and if you see the pictures of my home after the renovation was completed, you would certainly understand why I am so pleased.
