Adam served as the project manager for the construction of our 3,000 sq ft ranch with a daylight basement. He selected superior craftsmen, delivered the project on time and within our budget. He had excellent communication with us and the carpenters, plumbers, electricians., etc. Adam has an engineering degree from the University of Illinois and extensive knowledge of building techniques and materials. His commitment to excellence and genuine interest in the home builders' satisfaction with their new home is exceptional. He was timely in completing the punch list which was minimal. He is a very ethical person and treats clients, construction personnel, and vendors with respect.
