We are simply in awe of the excellent transformation of our 70-year old house from a simple one to the most elegant and functional house there is. It was a one stop shopping in home renovation / home building. From concept to architectural design, permit application, and start of construction with demolition, excavation, home building from the first nail to the last coat of paint. Simply put – the best molded into one. Max and his excellent team - Traci Rickett, his designer extraordinaire, Tom Worth, his highly dependable and hardworking construction manager, Rey Reyes, his tireless foreman and Bill Benedict, his wonderful office manager, guided us through everything from planning to performance and to perfection! All the Prominent workers and subcontractors were respectively proficient, efficient and are collectively always thinking of and doing their best in their expertise. They are all so professional! The entire team is very efficient and so patient, since we did more add-ons to from the original contract. Each one of the team took time to critique our plans providing workable and great suggestions to make the projects better. It was certainly a concerted team effort making their work of our house such a huge success! Such quality, built-to-code, on time and at a reasonable price. Our friends have been giving superlative comments regarding our renovated home. We can certainly say that we are a very proud, happy and very satisfied client of Max and the Prominent Builders team and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! I came to Prominent because my house had burnt down and I needed to rebuild my home. I had met with several other builders prior but none of them seem like a good partner in this project. Max and Tom immediately made me feel at ease. I am so happy that I chose Prominent to build my house. From start to finish, they worked within my budget, helping me making smart choices. They helped me through the whole process of architectural plans, board meetings, permits and construction. The final construction of the entire house took only 13 weeks from framing to move-in. I am beyond impressed and would recommend this company to anyone, whether you are building small or big. My house came out absolutely beautiful and after this dramatic event we were able to continue life in a house that has everything we want and far surpassed my expectations.

My wife and I have been working with Prominent Builders for the past six months rebuilding our house and have found them reliable and excellent to work with. We are in the final stages of completion and they have been very professional in every aspect of the project. Prominent Builders built out a 4500 square foot commercial space for us. The experience was great. We were involved and consulted in every step of the way. They were friendly, smart and very creative. We had many times when our architect (NOT from Prominent Builders) left things out or left things incomplete, and Prominent Builders were able to think outside of the box, and develop excellent solutions. They were always available, and quick to respond. They also helped us to find affordable solutions, and did a beautiful job! I would use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Working as a subcontractor for Prominent has been a very professional experience. They maintain a very high level of coordination and workmanship which allows our work to progress with a smooth flow, maximizes our productivity, brings project completion within budget and on time. Prominent Builders provided my family with professional service. Co-owners Max and Mike were very responsive to all our needs and requests. They were also very mindful not to compromise quality of workmanship while keeping within our budget constraints. Honest, Integrity, Quality.. are words that come to mind when describing Prominent Builders. They Built a gorgeous custom home for us. The craftmanship was super quality and everything they promised was completed. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work at great prices... you don't need to look any further..

This was our second time working with the amazing team of contractors, project managers and designers at Prominent. They had previously done a spectacular job refinishing our basement (beams, bedroom, bathroom, storage, Martha Stewart mudroom, you name it). We were expecting twins and the need to expand our house was imminent. Our house is a hundred year old arts & crafts house so maintaining the integrity was essential. And being on schedule! We renovated our kitchen into a kitchen/great room area which therefore doubled our master bedroom and master bath located above. In addition, we created a bar room space where our former EIK was located and renovated our powder room. Lastly, we finished our third floor to be a guest suite with the most incredible bathroom ever. In addition, we added a new deck with under decking materials and had to rebuild stone walls-- I had no idea just how gorgeous this could be. A deck is not just a deck. The end result is nothing short of spectacular, extremely tasteful and maintained Arts & Crafts integrity although my husband and I were adamant that although we liked the linear style and functionality of A&C, we did not like the "darkness." Prominent stayed within our budget unless my husband and I personally strayed afar. They advised us when aesthetically we could all make a better choice. They were available 24/7, literally and if we had even the smallest emergencies, someone from Prominent was in our home immediately. I also love that Promiment Design factors into every project. Having Traci to literally help us with the tile work, cabinetry, paint colors, furniture layouts, the babies' nursery was such a wonderful finishing touch. Our home would not be the same otherwise. I am really not being overly sensationalistic here. We have truly had an amazing experience working with Prominent and having to live out the end of my pregnancy in my basement, and the first two months with twins, 2 big dogs, baby nurse and so forth down there, they did everything possible to expedite and keep us very comfortable.
