Tim was our general contractor on a whole house remodel of our 1960s ranch in Dallas- the whole project took about a year and included down to the studs of existing house and about 500 sq foot addition. Tim and his team were all excellent to work with, very professional and their work is very high quality. They handled our custom details and anticipated the issues that can arise with remodeling older homes. The cost was fair and the results are really stunning. What I appreciate the most is although we moved back in a few months ago, Tim and his team are still available to fix the issues that inevitably arise after moving in. I was new to remodeling and had heard all the bad stories about contractors disappearing, cutting corners or not being honest/reliable- this is the polar opposite of our experience. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased that we chose Tim Stevens of Quality Craftsman for our home remodel. He and his team are dependable, capable, honest, professional, and pleasant to be around. Tim has a good eye for detail, the work is top notch and he stands behind his product - the end result is amazing! Our renovation was completed about a year ago and and we would use him again in a heartbeat. Likewise, we have recommended him to several friends and they have been pleased as well.

We hired Quality Craftsman to help us build a mother-in-law suite above our garage. We interviewed a handful of firms and ultimately selected Quality Craftsman because of Tim's knowledge of our neighborhood, his experience and his ability to also render the design verse having to source a separate architect. Tim did an awesome job taking our vision and creating a design that seamlessly tied into our existing house/roof lines rather than looking like a "box" add-on. He and his project manager, Scott, along with all of their subcontractors were wonderful to work with and did a great job staying on-time and on-budget. They did a great job as to minimize the impact this project had on our daily lives. For example, they built a separate dog enclosure for our two German shepherds so they would still have access to the backyard and also were so helpful with any additional tasks since I was pregnant and chasing a toddler all while having a house under construction. Tim and Scott did a great job communicating throughout the project and were always available if I had questions. I would highly recommend Quality Craftsman for any project big or small as they are very professional and you will not be disappointed in the finished project or your decision to hire Tim!

As an Architect, I have been extremely impressed with Quality Craftsman and Tim Stevens. Tim recently bid on one of my projects and he came into the initial meeting with the homeowner and myself very prepared and having spent what must have been several hours studying the Construction Documents. As a result, he was able to ask pointed questions and provide real feed back. When he submitted his bid a couple of weeks later, it was well thought out and detailed.

After interviewing several companies for my apartment addition to my home, I chose Quality Craftsman. From the very beginning of the project Tim Stevens provided me with professional guidance, and his extensive experience becoming quite apparent throughout the entire project. His attention to detail was remarkable. His workers were always on time, diligent, polite and always left the site clean.Tim was on the site daily and was always willing to answer all my questions. The project came in on budget and on time. I have recommended this company to three other individuals. All of them have used Quality Craftsman and all of them were delighted with their results. My next home will be in Florida and my only regret is that Tim Stevens will not be there to work on my home.

We had Quality Craftsman remodel our home. They added a second story and bedrooms/bathrooms along with remodeling our kitchen and existing bathrooms. They also built a new garage. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. Deadlines were met and follow through was great. Would highly recommend.

Quality Craftsman did a complete remodel our current home. This is our third house to remodel, first with Quality Craftsman, and we could not have been happier with Tim Stevens and his team. Tim was professional and easy to work with even in time sensitive situations. Our house was finished when expected and we were very pleased with the result. They completed my kitchen and master bath in a timely and professional manner. The level of service has continued even after the job was completed. Excellent experience overall. This was a full remodel of a 1960's home approximately 3800 square feet. Quality did the design plan and completed the work. Project came in on time and on budget. Sub-contractors selected were polite and respectful. Quality of their work was good. In some cases, I had to push them to use higher end materials - in a good way. They are conscientious of using good quality but also good value. I will definitely use them again.

We have had several projects done by Quality Craftsman and have always been pleased. The largest was a complete kitchen and breakfast remodel in 2009. The space is very large and was very awkward, and no other contractor could recommend a good design. Tim Stevens came back with a radical change that we loved. His team took everything out, all the way to the studs. We have brick floors, so they had to maneuver moving and re-using the bricks in changing the locations of all the built-ins. The final space is beautiful and very functional. We constantly get compliments on how pretty the kitchen is, and how well the space works. They began and finished in a timely manner. In fact, when I see Quality Craftsmen working in the neighborhood, it seems like they always finish their projects quicker than other contractors. Tim and his team are easy to work with, and responsive to calls and emails. We would definitely recommend Quality Craftsman.

We have used Quality Craftsman twice in the last five years, the first time for an extensive kitchen/laundry/guest bath remodel and the second time for a bathroom. We interviewed six contractors before deciding to go with Quality Craftsman with the deciding factors being quality, experience, value, reputation, and referrals. Tim Stevens is a professional who has the rare ability to "under-promise and over-deliver." He offers sound advice during all stages of construction. Each project came in on time and on budget. Questions and concerns were addressed promptly, even months after the projects were complete. We highly recommend Quality Craftsman and will definitely use them again!

We hired Quality Craftsman to do a complete home remodel on an older home we bought. We needed someone to add square footage to the house, take it down to the studs, re-work the floor plan and replace everything! We hired Tim to do the job! He and his team were awesome from the very beginning, and continue to help me when I need something done on our house. Tim worked with me on the plans for a long time to get the house exactly the way we wanted it! He listened to me and really incorporated everything that we wanted in our home. It was nice to not have to work with a separate architect. Tim did a great job turning this very dysfunctional house into an great flowing family home. Tim and his team were so great to work with, very professional too. Everyone that worked on our home was great! We stayed on budget (except when I decided to do an exterior remodel of the house too). We were a little late getting into our house but it was not too bad! I did talk to a couple other contractors before deciding to go with Tim. The difference is that Tim is very personable, always responded to my emails and calls quickly, and provided a great price for my project. I have recommended him to many friends over the last 3 years and they all have loved working with him. When we started the project, everyone thought I was crazy to take on such a BIG job, but Tim and his team made it easy, and I can honestly say I would do it again in a heart beat with Quality Craftsman!!!
